Delicious and tasty burger pattie. I forgot the name of the burger I had beets, avocado, lettuce, tomato garlic aioli and sweet potato fries. Not yam but yellow sweet potatoes
The atmosphere is all good, the service is super slow, the cleanliness could be another issue, and the food is between good and average. Mainly, the management of everything is totally messed up. They are running everywhere and still not being served properly; it seems like they really need proper training on how to deal with super-busy restaurants. They have no idea what they are doing actually. They really need to look at it very seriously. Waiting time on the order is horrible too!
Haven't been to this branch in ages. My friend wanted to go to another burger franchise that I will not mention but I convinced her to come here. C N Cheese is usually my go-to but I ordered the Ford Freakout, kumara fries and L&P. I did like it as I've had it before. I feel like the size has changed or maybe the patties are so much more smaller these days. Kumara fries were hot and crunchy and their aioli is to die for. Also tried the chicken fenders - they were OK but I think my friend wanted them covered in sauce. I'm more of a dunker. The server was really nice and he was really helpful when taking my order. Tables could've used some cleaning. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Great location.
Visited this afternoon for dinner at 5.30pm. The staff were disinterested in serving. The interior tables had previous customers meals left on tables. Wait time was average. Quality of food average
Seriously gone downhill. Despite getting clear clarification on the order there was 1 burger missing in the order. The burgers were simply horrible. Falling apart, dripping excessively, missing that iconic smokey favour. What's going on? Burgerfuel used to be supreme. Never going back
