We were so impressed with the outstanding service we received from the manager! This level of care is not something you normally expect from a chain store. The food was delicious, but what truly made our visit special was the warm welcome, genuine smiles, and friendly atmosphere.nnThe manager went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience, and it really made our Friday morning memorable. The burgers here are absolutely incredible, arguably the best I've ever had!  The atmosphere is also fantastic. The service was alright, but the ordering device was quite slow.

Excellent service by Josh at Mt Roskill Burger fuel. Please give him a pat on the back.  Colin and Ghulam also make up the team of very good  staff. I will recommend this Burger fuel to all my friends. Thankyou for reading this.

First time dining and i ordered the american muscle double.. aoli and egg added huge tasty burger sauce dripping into my hand..nndidnt realize you could get these burger holders to help stabilize your burger and stop sauce dripping into your hand.nService was ok .. maybe a smile would be great. The store is wheelchair friendly andntoilets and table height.child high chair .. good decor theme.check out my photos of the place.. I will probably be back again

The food is good but every time I have ordered online, I’m told a time to collect and that time is never met. I’m always waiting longer. Sometimes the sauce is also not included with the fries/tenders either.
