A friendly welcome on arrival. My order was ready on time - fresh and hot. It was a cold night and I was dining in so wanted the warmest seating area, so I was directed to a table near the heater. Great service and a tasty, juicy burger!!

I’ve been a regular at BurgerFuel for a while and usually have a great experience—but today was absolutely disappointing. I ordered two burgers with extra cheese and patty, fries, and paid extra $1.80! for a side of aioli. What I received was barely even half full.nnI politely asked if they could please top it up, considering I paid for it. Instead of a simple yes or even a respectful no, the server named Tom gave me a rude, straight-faced response and bluntly said no. No explanation, no courtesy—just a flat refusal with an attitude that made me feel like I was being unreasonable for even asking.nnAs someone who visits regularly, this kind of treatment is disheartening. It’s a real shame because all the other staff have always been friendly and professional. Tom’s behavior today has genuinely made me reconsider coming back. A small thing like a dip cup may seem minor—but it reflects the attitude towards customers, and today it spoke volumes.
Parking is limited to 60 minutes. I met a mate, we chatted for a long time just under 2 hours, then got a $85 parking ticket in the mail. I guess that's my fault for not checking the parking signage. I've been coming here for years but never stayed this long. Would be nice to be able to eat a burger, relax and chat without having to worry about parking.
Consistently rubbish spud fries cooked in dirty oil.nnI remember when you could go to BFuel & be guaranteed perfect fries every time.nnMust be deviating from whatever the standard policy is.
