I recently ordered from burger fuel Silverdale and was delighted to find my food perfectly crisp and immaculately cooked. The young Ladie, Sienna, behind the counter was very polite and caring toward me and was willing to help as I struggle to read and couldn't quite read the menu with my old eyes. To sum up, the food was good, the staff especially sienna who served me, and the overall environment made me feel welcome and glad to be there.
I would give zero stars if there were an option. I had a really disappointing experience at BurgerFuel Silverdale. The bun was burnt, the chicken was extremely overcooked and tough, and there was no sauce in the burger at all.nnOn top of that, my order was incorrect — bacon was added when it shouldn’t have been. When I raised these issues, the staff didn’t seem interested in fixing it properly. The two girls working appeared dismissive and were giggling in the kitchen, which made the situation feel even worse.nnI usually love BurgerFuel, but this visit at the Silverdale branch was a letdown and didn’t reflect the brand’s usual standards.
I never write reviews but Seriously the most unprofessional experience. I called at 5:15pm and was told my order would be ready in 10–15 minutes. I arrived at 5:30pm, gave my name, and then watched staff standing behind the counter talking and eating fries. What was particularly concerning was seeing staff wipe their hands on their dirty shirts after eating and then continue handling customers’ food. After waiting 20 minutes in store, I was asked for my name again and then handed a bag that had been sitting in the warmer before I even arrived. After a total 40-minute wait, I received lukewarm fries and two soggy burgers. Easily the worst $60 I’ve spent. This is the third bad experience iv had at the silverdale branch
We ordered two burgers, and unfortunately both were far below the usual BurgerFuel standard we expect or used to. One burger patty was burnt charred and dry, and the overall build was messy with excessive sauce which soaked the bun. The second burger was surprisingly bland and lacked flavour , it tasted flat and unseasoned. The really only positive about this meal was the fries!. Starting to wonder if thats the new standard? posting this feedback as we didn't receive any email response from the branch.
The service was impressively swift, getting us our meal in record time. As usual, the food was absolutely delicious and satisfying, making us very happy. The upbeat music playing in the background created a fun and lively atmosphere. We always enjoy our time when we come here, it's a great experience!
