I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always such a good experience. The staff are super lovely every single time, and as someone who’s coeliac, I really appreciate how well they cater for us nI usually order online — it’s easy, quick, and my food’s always been spot-on.nnMy favourites are the Chook Royale and the Bacon Backfire, and I'll sometimes grab a little tub of their lemon aioli Their aiolis are honestly unbeatable!nnUnfortunately there's no seperate fryer so no fries for me but before I was diagnosed, they were the best fries I’d ever had!nnEverything always tastes really fresh — kind of like a homemade burger made with love, and youre not the one cooking it It’s my go-to place whenever I’m craving something tasty.nnDefinitely recommend!
We are frequent burgerfuel goers. The food is delicious, well-portioned and if there’s ever any issues which is a rarity they’re quick to resolve it. Matt, the current manager is a gem and makes sure we’re looked after, especially with our dietary needs. We will continue to eat at burger fuel and it is by far our favourite burger spot in Pukekohe!
Ordered 3 items online on 11th dec. i went to the store 10 mins late then the mentioned pick up time for some reason.went to the online pick up station and waited for almost 10 mins for a staff member to notice me. I could see 3 staff members all task focused i said Hi 3 times in meanwhile as i had my sleeping child in the car and was in a rush to pick up the order but no response. I had few people behind me waiting for staff member to get served as well. So poor customer service. To my surpRise i had to wait 10 minutes for my ready and pre-packed order which was sitting on the shelf for collection before my arrival.about food my husband ordered T-bird and he got buns lettuce and patty in his burger nothing else. No tomatoes no onions no sauce.i would never order here. It was the second time we got the burger like this. For the first time i went back to the store to ask why there’s only lettuce in the burger and got told that they are running out of all the other veggies. And if that was the case they should have told me before charging me for the food that they are running low on the veggies so for my order i will get sauce bun and patty only.
Visiting from Switzerland and had the most delicious burger here! Thanks so much Matt !! Delicious finally a burger that looks just like the photos!!
We never get a bad burger fuel....always good. However we ordered one Friday.....my burger only had chicken and bacon on it. I ordered the bacon backfire. We also ordered a portion of chips with gravy and cheese, the portion wouldn't even fill a child....Way overpriced. Disappointed with this order when normally so good.
