I had an awful experience at this burger restaurant. I ordered my meal at 17:50, and by 17:51, it was already handed to me. It was obvious that the food was pre-cooked and just sitting there. The burger was half cold and a complete mess.nnThe staff were inattentive and seemed indifferent to the quality of the food they were serving. This level of service and food quality is unacceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Had a the best experience last night having an amazing meal with my 3 kids. Food came very fast and tasted exceptional. The young man taking orders was very helpful, helping me choose what food would be best for my family. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know and definitely come back again.

In utter shock at how amazing the staff treated me and my family last night. A special shout out to Nani who took my order and made sure everything was right for us. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Came to Burgerfuel on a Friday night, store was pumping but staff went out of their way to serve our order dine in. Food was great! As was the vibe. Will definitely be back.
