One of my favourite burger spots! We always order The Bastard Burger.nit’s consistently delicious and juicy. Their kumara chips are a must, especially with the creamy aioli they come with.nnThe staff are friendly too, especially the person at the counter. Overall, always a satisfying place to come back to!
I had an awesome experience at BurgerFuel Windsor Park thanks to Zoe! She served me with such a positive attitude and genuine friendliness. She was super patient, made great recommendations, and made the whole visit feel welcoming. It’s always nice to be met with that level of service — she really went above and beyond.nnThanks, Zoe, you were amazing!
BurgerFuel has always been my favourite burger place. However, I was quite disappointed with my visit yesterday. I understand it can get busy, but the burgers and chips seemed pre-cooked — everything was very dry and cold. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they kindly replaced the chips for us, but unfortunately, the sweet potato chips were still cold. I don’t think we’ll be visiting again anytime soon.
Buy 1 get 1 deal has convinced me to not come back! Even at half price, I’d rather have my $8 back. Greens were turning black. 1 tiny red onion. 2 tiny tomatoes. Bacon amount was the only good thing here. Not really a deal if I’m getting less than half the burger I expect from paying full price.
Burgerfuel Windsor Park is my BF of choice. Why? Because their consistency in service, quality, and food is always reliable. Store always looks like it has too many staff working, which only helps to ensure you get great service. I find the burgers are always very well constructed and presented and taste great. My only gripe can be whether the chips are hot or not… I know it’s tricky to get supply and demand right, but I’d prefer to wait to ensure hot chips, especially as they aren’t cheap. In saying that, if I feel that the chips need replacing, the staff are very accommodating, not raising any issues. Highly recommend this store for a great BF experience. I’ll be back…
