Burgerfuel Windsor Park is my BF of choice. Why? Because their consistency in service, quality, and food is always reliable. Store always looks like it has too many staff working, which only helps to ensure you get great service. I find the burgers are always very well constructed and presented and taste great. My only gripe can be whether the chips are hot or not… I know it’s tricky to get supply and demand right, but I’d prefer to wait to ensure hot chips, especially as they aren’t cheap. In saying that, if I feel that the chips need replacing, the staff are very accommodating, not raising any issues. Highly recommend this store for a great BF experience. I’ll be back…

Buy 1 get 1 deal has convinced me to not come back! Even at half price, I’d rather have my $8 back. Greens were turning black. 1 tiny red onion. 2 tiny tomatoes. Bacon amount was the only good thing here. Not really a deal if I’m getting less than half the burger I expect from paying full price.

I had a great experience at this restaurant, I got the bastard burger which tasted amazing!!!!!! I specifically had a great experience with Toby as he was extremely helpful as I was having trouble finding a meal, he deserves a raise!

Had an extremely pleasant, calming experience and blasting time last night being served by a young boy/man named Toby who helped us pick the best suited burger for me, my child and his friend Antony & David B Toby always had a cute smile on his face and was very eager to give us the best experience. Atmosphere was amazing. Would definitely recommend for future customers.

My online order was delayed by 25 minutes on Sunday night. The staff were working efficiently and were polite. The store was full of people waiting. The food tasted good. The online order system seems to not cope with high order volumes when calculating pickup times.
