Dear Wendy’s Management,nnI had a very disappointing experience at your Dominion Road drive-thru on 7th February 2025 at 11:30 PM. The staff member at the counter displayed unprofessional and discriminatory behavior.nnI placed my order at the drive-thru, but upon reaching the counter, the staff member saw me and asked me to park my car and come inside to collect my order. However, when I went inside, he then told me to go back to my car and rejoin the drive-thru line. By that time, four more cars had lined up, causing unnecessary delay and frustration. His behavior was rude and inconsistent, as I noticed he was polite to some customers but disrespectful to others.nnDue to this unfair treatment, I ended up canceling my order after wasting 30 minutes. Such unprofessional conduct negatively affects the customer experience and damages Wendy’s reputation. I request that appropriate action be taken to ensure all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.nnI hope Wendy’s management takes this issue seriously and ensures better service in the future.
Amazing classic Wendy’s chain. Not too busy when I visited with really friendly staff. They provide table service for dine in customers which is extremely rare for fast food and the store is always kept clean and tidy. While the outside of the store looks old, the inside has been recently refurbished and has the newer Wendy’s logo! The burger was made fresh and the fries taste like McDonalds fries but thicker with the same salt taste. Nuggets were good and free hot sauce and ketchup is available! Definitely a store worth visiting!
They only had one small, blackened potato available when we arrived, which was a shame because that's what we had specifically come for.nThey were very apologetic and wanted to make it up to us, but we didn't have the 40 minutes to wait.nAlso, the young man cleaning up in the restaurant banged and scraped all the chairs and tables that he moved, which produced a very painful sound.nnOverall, lovely counter staff, but disappointing experience.
No one has any idea what they are doing here. 3 times I have been through the drive through in the last 3 months and I am never confident I am getting what I order. Have to repeat myself at least 3-5 times to confirm order. The food is good but it's the most painful customer service experience of your life.
Haven’t tried Wendy’s for years and finally decided to have a go. Pretty average overall. Car park is dodgy and looks dangerous. Service was a bit slow lots of Uber eats drivers were waiting. Drink cups were huge but fries sizes were extremely small. Burger patties were small. Code for the e toilet is a rule so we better follow it. Also it’s not very cheap so you’ve have to make your choice wisely
