I was pleasantly surprised at the service, quality of food and proactiveness of the staff. This BK was super clean and the service from the woman who served me I think her name was Nahu was warm and friendly. Will be coming here much more often.
I'm a regular customer, normally a Burger King lover and would typically have given a four or five star review, however there are two things that have dropped this to a one star review... firstly the online app ordering for Drive Thru pickups has been broken for several months now and both head office customer service and in store staff can't provide any concrete information about when it will be fixed and just keep making up excuses... its forcing me to go elsewhere as its inconvenient to order the old fashioned way, especially now that McDonalds finally has app ordering with drive thru pickup. The second thing that is extremely frustrating is that the BK thin cut fries which were fantastic when cooked well have now been replaced with thick cut fries which are a big downgrade. BK.... the King needs to express his Royalty and get this stuff fixed!
Had a great experience at Burger King! The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the food was fresh and delicious. The burgers were perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the fries were hot and crispy just the way I like them. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit enjoyable. It’s always nice to see consistent quality and good customer service — will definitely be coming back again soon!
The ones I got from BK on the North Shore were always packed full, but this one isn't even close to a regular large fries. I asked them about it, and they just said it's the correct portion — yeah, right.

It’s always nice when the team takes the time to be polite and helpful.nnThe food is alright—nothing extraordinary, but it does the job if you’re after a quick bite. Everything comes out as expected, and the place is clean and organized.nnIf you're in the area and looking for a standard Burger King experience with friendly service, this location is worth stopping by.
