I was there for passport photo. The lady who took photo didn’t said my hair was all messed up. She just took the photo. I asked her about why she didn’t tell me. She told me I still can use the photo that’s fine. Horrible experience.Don’t recommend it.

I had a large bunch of photos to print from jpg files on a USB stick. I received great help from a young assistant, who had a slightly English accent, during the file load up and photo adjustment process on the large screen unit. The other staff were efficient and courteous, with the 100 prints I had ordered ready after about 30 minutes there was lots of time for a coffee while the printing took place.

Sadly had an awful experience where I’d printed important work documents for my business. The printing came back with ink splatter marks all over it, the binding with broken, the reprint 2nd attempt came back green and wasn’t even close to the colour it was designed. The girl was less than apologetic or helpful or kind. Highly disappointed and won’t ever print with them again.

I needed some posters printing today new years eve 4.30pm. Although busy, the young chap with dark hair smashed them out pronto. Friendly and professional, plus the posters were very well priced.
