I frequently visit this shop, in fact I come here more than any other shop. I get a kick out of repurposing stuff and quite often find really useful items here. They don’t make things like they used to and this is a good source of reusable treasures
Love this place, I make it a fortnightly stop here in the weekend, and have been for over 2 years now. I’ve now gotten so much for here including, computer screens, projector, 2 fully functional MacBooks that only needed new SSDs, a few speakers, robot vaccum, heaters, you name it! Just today I walked out with a Breville Air Purifier valued at over $600 for $45.nnThe staff are always super friendly and more than happy to help!nnAll the goods I’ve got from here work great, apart from one $10 dvd player I purchased last year that didn’t load dvds. I forgot to test it at their testing station. But oh well, it was only $10 nnOf course you gotta take the good with the bad. Sometimes I get there a little too late in the day and all the good stuff is gone. But If you look hard enough, you can always score yourself a bargain!nnOnly problem I have is with the price stickers.. they’re so hard to get off
Interesting and varied selection of goods. Customer has to spend time to find what they may be looking for. Sometimes you can get a bargain. Sometimes things are over priced.
I am saddened by the large number of incomplete items. Such disassembly of goods before putting them up for sale turned them into waste. For example, out of about a hundred wireless mice, not a single one has an adapter, the situation is the same with other equipment, coffee machines - without containers, food processors - without bowls, vacuum cleaners - without hoses, lawn mowers - without baskets, wireless tools without batteries.nI suppose that some things may arrive at the store in this form, but not absolutely all of them. So disassembly is done by the store employees themselves before putting it up for sale. I do not understand the reasons for this at all! Why spoil good things like that, which could be useful to someone else
Pretty large op-shop with lots of mostly homegoods. Reasonably well organized but you have to be willing to look through bins for what you want. Prices were on par with the quality of items. Lots of used furniture. Lots of bikes but all pretty rubbish. Good for what it is.
