Went there today to buy some gsm paper and the young lady with south asian ancestry? was so helpful and very patient for answering a $9 purchase. Then when I was paying, the cashier I think his name is Robert? I didn't even ask but was very helpful in explaining to me how to use the paper for the printer. Highly commendable customer service!

I had a very disappointing experience at Warehouse Stationery today. It was my first time visiting the store to print three photos, so I had a few questions because I wasn’t familiar with the process.nnI asked a staff member named Sherry for help with editing my photos, but instead of assisting me, she responded rudely and questioned why I was asking her. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed, especially with other customers standing behind me listening to the conversation.nnThe way I was treated left me feeling as though I was being judged because I am a migrant. Whether that was the intention or not, that is how the interaction made me feel, and it was upsetting.nnCustomer service staff are there to help customers, especially first-time users who have genuine questions. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience today. I won’t be returning to this store, and I’m very saddened that I was treated this way.

I ordered something online and paid for it a week ago. Came into store and waited patiently in the pickup area to be served. They seemed quite understaffed in the print/copy area so I was patient. However over 10 minutes passed, and they started to serve customers who got there way after me and did not acknowledge my existence whatsoever. I said I had been waiting for a while, and continued to be ignored. Not using this service ever again. I feel embarrassed and I have wasted a whole lot of time for nothing. There is literally no point in printing something in advance/ordering online if it is such a mission to simply pick it up in store.
