Visited 18/06/2025 03:15 pm - I’ve been visiting Warehouse Stationery Smith City over the past month, and I want to specially commend Mrs. Anna from the Photo Department. She is absolutely lovely—professional, humble, and genuinely warm. Every time I’ve interacted with her, she has been charming and exudes a positive attitude that makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable. Her helpfulness and friendly nature truly stand out, and I always look forward to seeing her whenever I visit. I sincerely hope Warehouse Stationery recognizes her value and doesn’t let go of such a wonderful team member. Thank you, Mrs. Anna, for your excellent service and kindness!

Yes I mark it with 5x stars, although and however my personal opinion is that unless the photo processing staff are better trained and also in meeting the Consumer Guarantees Act, or being ok towards the customers as long as one isn't shouting at them that I think the standard of machinery for photo imaging, and the huge amount of staff on same, even though seemingly very busy in this particular department, should be more professional and knowledgeable about the activity they perform. The available frames for me in this case, would be better if traditional framing was available too, might be available, but I sighted none. All said, upon my concerns raised with a manager there, I found the treatment to be in accordance with CGA of NZ. I think visibly department is very busy there with photo production, is having its toll on same. Otherwise I like shop, and appreciate it, but feel it's overstretched in this area, so my heads up to better dealing with customer, not making them embarrassed or to think it's their fault. From other overall NZ reviews, I see a tendency to go ... however I chose the direct approach and that left me very satisfied.

The photo keychain I ordered was poorly made. The female staff's nonsensical excuses made me feel even worse, even though it was not the store staff's fault since I ordered online. She said that the online staff probably tried to put the photo in without cutting it. I didn't understand. The photo was not centered, it was printed diagonally, and anyone would think it was wrong. When I ordered online, the photo was centered, not diagonal. Her initial affirmation of the online staff was the beginning of the problem. They are the same company, so she should admit their mistake even if it was not theirs.

This is the 3rd or 4th time since last year I get the passport size photos and every time they make me wait even after going to collect it after couple of hours, it’s never ready. One or the other problem always. And the staff attended us was least bothered. Same guy every time and sorry to say not a pleasant experience.

Agree with all the reviews on the poor customer service and slow processing times of photos and printing requests appears to be going on for years and no change.So if you have time to waste, enjoy enduring bad customer service and want to observe poor organisational culture go here.
