A good store for introverts, as the staff very much wait for you to approach rather than approach you. This is not a negative for me.nnGood selection, but the computer section might need clearer signposting as it took me a while to find what I need. However, I'm glad I had the option to ask if I needed to rather than have an awkward conversation forced on me like other tech stores.

Initially i had a bad experience with a younger staff member who possibly have never helped anyone outside their job description, they would have attracted a 2 star rating, until the day was saved by a much more considerate and helpful older staff member who went above and beyond for me, so a shout out for her management!

We called in last week while here on holiday to enquire about getting some photos enlarged and laminated for our bottle collection bins on the Gold Coast. 10 minutes later all done with a smile Amazing customer service and friendly helpful staff , thank you

AMAZING service, and super friendly staff. Welcomed with smiles by everyone I met, and the printing centre staff are incredible even remembered me from late last year. In and out in 10mins, with excellent print quality and paper. Ignore the low star reviews by weird people blaming others for their own mistakes, and thinking that being a Karen online makes the world right again. Highly recommend this store!
