Grabbed some firewood mix of pine and Oregon, good and dry , burns great , price a bit up there but seems to be the trend .nService was great initially approached by a staff member and was directed to wood location, loader driver great and efficient.nPulled up to office to pay. No one in office at that point waited a few minutes walked back to door and 2 staff talking away like customer waiting to pay was not important.... continued waiting and looking at staff hoping I become relevant a few more minutes pass and finally one comes to office with obviously a more senior staff member following and still talking.nSo now a staff member is behind counter and I'm thinking great I can pay and get going but oh no ,like I was invisible the senior staff member decided to start laying out work still required to do to staff member behind counter including him leaving site and coming back to site plus adding once back we will go over what the will get done before days over .nAll this time with me in-between them .nPlease tell your staff thats extremely rude !nServe customers then inform staff of work required.

If I could give more stars, I would. Super helpful team, sorted us out when we entered, and also helped us lift our bags into the car.nnWe were able to change over an incorrect product with ease, and their delivery service is top notch, ordering one day, delivered the next.nnWell done team, really appreciate all of the hard work on your end, helping us do the work on ours
