I was waiting at the counter for 10 minutes to pay for a sim card. No one was in the queue then I experienced a very passive aggressive sales assistant who told me to wait in the wrong line. There was another customer standing in another queue he saw me standing there for long time and offered me to go first but staff member told me to wait at the back. He served that customer and left the counter and started doing something else while I was still waiting there. And he never came back to the counter. Worst customer service. He shouldn’t be doing that job at all. Never going back there. 0

The Warehouse is a kiwi icon for a reason. It’s the ultimate one-stop shop for bargains on everything from toys to homeware. While checkout lines can be long, the low prices are unbeatable.

Similar to the others, those extremely lazy sales assistant who worked there for some time would either pretend not to see customers who were waiting or simply wander around doing nothing.nnThey always tell customers to check out with the warehouse cashiers, even though the items are sold and listed under Warehouse Stationery. So what is the point of having Warehouse Stationery if everything is supposed to fall under the warehouse itself?!nnThose passive-aggressive LAZY sales assistants, yes, both of them mentioned here, should be fired.
