Just wondering if it's a prerequisite to employee the slowest people on the planet?... Why did the warehouse stationary change the way the public prints photos?... This new system is beyond painful. Choose photos off your phone, and the majority don't load... Thankfully when I went to pick up the couple of photos that would load I dealt with a helpful young lad. May he stay that helpful

I had a disappointing experience at the warehouse stationery. I went in to get a passport-sized photo and specifically requested that it be cropped a certain way. Unfortunately, they didn't cut the photo correctly. To make matters worse, the customer service was rather disrespectful, making me feel like I was receiving a free service instead of being valued as a customer.

Not a good customer service – try to get my nz visa photo done but they gave me the wrong head ratio head is too big and the shoulder is cut off and could not provide a colored background which used to be available couple years ago. I had reflected the color thing on spot but was told to come back to take a new shot if the digital photo won't work. Then I went back 2 days later explaining the issue. They first took my photo and only after that asking me for the evidence of the original photo's flaw. As if they were trying to get another $25 out from my pocket should I was not able to show the evidence on spot. Lastly I stood at the counter and making sure I received the new photo in my email, and I was told by the staff that they need to serve the next customer. Very bad experience. Should you did your job great at the beginning, I wouldn't need to come back to deal with all this hassle.

The new wifi transfer system for printing photos at the kiosks is very bad, extremely slow to load. Took me 20 minutes to upload one photo. I don’t know why they changed, it used to work so well and fast through the Fotofinish App

Lovely lady served me Monday night was trying to get voucher printed through a email and wasn’t working took 5 goes but young lady was very patient with it and we got it printed. Lovely experience. Thank u
