Orered fotofinish prints online, only got the initial receipt email, no ready-to-collect email, went in 2 days later while I was going past anyway and it was ready to be collected anyway. Get home to find that they only printed one copy of two I ordered. For the 15c it cost I'm not driving 30 minutes round trip to get the other copy, but will post this review. Maybe try South City next time, dedicated Warehouse Stationery might be more onto it.
What a joke.nnWebsite orders weren't working, so gave them a call.nThe number was incorrect on google maps. was 03416500.nnCalled up the main number, they gave me another number and then transferred me to oranga tamariki.nnCalled the number they gave me, and it was also incorrect 03486500nnCalled the main line again, and they transferred me to another wrong number. part of the warehouse. Whose microphone was super unclear.nnExplained I was trying to contact warehouse stationary Riccarton, and then randomly got hold/call music with no explanation... That was 11 minutes ago. Am I on hold? Am I being transferred? Who knows?nn22 minutes later, gave up. useless.
I had an interaction with the manager, David Rogers, who was quite professional, understanding, and made me feel valued as a customer.
I've just been in there and I can tell what a fabulous guy Luke was he help me down load a photo and cut it to size and fit I in the frame all for 40 cents I've never come across such a lovley young guy that went out of his way to help the customer service was 10 out of 10 u couldn't get nay better thanks so much karen
Honestly it was just chaos here today, staff really tried their best to help and were very kind however nobody really had a clue of what to do where help was needed. The poor girl tried her best to change paper in the photocopier for over 25 minutes with nobody coming to help! Then when I made two cards and went to show my receipt I was told they don't do it in store, I had to sign the receipt and I was given a lip liner instead of a pen, come on guys your a stationary warehouse!! I don't blame the staff here definitely management need to spend better time on training staff up!
