Unfortunately my company keeps ordering posters through these guys but they continuously disappoint. Almost always poor service from them forgetting to hand over posters yet saying they’ve given them all to us, to taking days to print because they couldn’t open the file and failed to mention until we follow up, and they hardly ever pick up the phone so you have to go in store to follow up. The quality of the printing is also poor, lots of skips in the black ink

Kudos to Sanjeeb for great and speedy service at the Print & Copy section. Print quality and speed deserve 5 stars too.

I've just been in there and I can tell what a fabulous guy Luke was he help me down load a photo and cut it to size and fit I in the frame all for 40 cents I've never come across such a lovley young guy that went out of his way to help the customer service was 10 out of 10 u couldn't get nay better thanks so much karen

What a joke.nnWebsite orders weren't working, so gave them a call.nThe number was incorrect on google maps. was 03416500.nnCalled up the main number, they gave me another number and then transferred me to oranga tamariki.nnCalled the number they gave me, and it was also incorrect 03486500nnCalled the main line again, and they transferred me to another wrong number. part of the warehouse. Whose microphone was super unclear.nnExplained I was trying to contact warehouse stationary Riccarton, and then randomly got hold/call music with no explanation... That was 11 minutes ago. Am I on hold? Am I being transferred? Who knows?nn22 minutes later, gave up. useless.

Went for shopping got heaps of stuffs. Some of the stuff are on clearance sales and some are 40%sales . A whole family place for shopping
