I raced in here to buy some chair foam. I wasn’t sure where it was located and the girl was able to tell me precisely where to go and where it was located. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable so would rate them 5 star with recent help and advice queries.nSignage around store, with labeled subsections could be better, and prices are not always with the products. Which is frustrating when you have to go looking for price check machine.nSystems or processes could be better. I used to get a $10 voucher for my birthday but that hasn’t happened for couple years now. No staff member was able to fix it or tell me WHY? It made you feel special and personal loyalty reward to get this for your birthday and to be able to treat yourself with hobby goods and let’s face it, once you’re there, you always spend way more anyway. So systems need some improvement. Parking was easy off street parking at Morehouse Rd.

As an inexperienced sewer, I was treated with such kindness and respect after I brought back a ready-made curtain I thought was faulty. It turned out we hadn’t properly knotted one end and the top thread had escaped. Janet in Fabrics rethreaded it with a needle, but most importantly she was very understanding and sweet about our mistake. Thank you Janet!

I used to love spotlight until the rudesst bag check after staff didn't have time to help me find what I was looking for and didn't check anyone else I do a lot of craft and I won't be going back

We go here for some kiwiana fabric, kitchen gear and basic art supplies. Competitive prices. Location is upstairs with an outdoor lift. Large parking lot.
