I just witnessed Melanie on the counter give the most wonderfully patient, kind and caring customer service to a elderly gentleman. It was lovely to see and really brightened the daynAs an added bonus she gave me excellent customer service toonPlease commend this great lady!

Beware of the parking, a 90 min limit. After driving 5hrs for my annual spotlight quest, ended up shopping for 3 hrs. Great store almost got everything I needed but also got a $65 parking charge.

Terrible customer service! Every time I come to spotlight the staff are so rude. How hard can it be to smile and be friendly to customers when you are getting paid for it. I try ask for help when i need it but the staff just shut me down. Do not recommend!
