Top-tier service for a busy Sunday. Neat store and very friendly staffs! Can’t really ask for much, my experience in the Warehouse Stationery is the same across. Nathan has also been very helpful in setting up my chair for work. Thank you so much!

Asked for help from two staff with trying to get the photo machine to work first one said try another machine which I did still didn't work.seccond staff said just down load the app. Never known such rude unhelpful staff. This store needs a good shake up. The lady next to me said that she has the same problem.

I have been using the printing services at Warehouse Stationery quite regularly over the last 5 years and every time I’ve come I’ve been blown away by their amazing customer service. Pretty much every staff member I’ve come across there has been so friendly, professional and helpful. It’s often busy in there but even when it is, the staff still take the time to greet me and go above and beyond to assist me. This kind of service makes such a difference and is the main reason I keep coming back!

Went in to print photos for a 21st this evening. Wait time on the wall was thirty minutes. Didn’t think twice before paying for $40 worth of photos. Only for customer service to say my photos wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. I’ve now wasted thirty minutes, $40, and I don’t have the photos to decorate with. The worst part was no photos were printing on their machines at all and staff were leaning around talking. I think the communication around the fact that this was unachievable before closing time should have been far better. If I were staff I would have offered a refund as the time on the wall didn’t match the sped that they were working too.

first time to this place and probably my last. I got there an hour before they close and upon arriving I asked if they could print some papers and get them printed in time. The guy at the counter said yes that is possible. He did not inform me that I would have to send the photos on email to get it printed but he gave me the pdf option. Waited ages for a code. When I came back to pick up my stuff this very rude lady with glasses stopped me at the door saying you are late! Made me stand at the door, asked me to come back tomorrow! I said I am only here to pick up what I paid for and I asked well before if it was possible to get both done in the time frame because I sent it in a PDF format. She said that it had only been printed and not laminated. She started giving me attitude and said she can’t do much and only works here and has no idea. There was enough time left till 6pm. My papers were printed on the wrong size, not laminated and they charged me for everything. I came back the next day to sort out my lamination and when I was handed the copies I asked if I could do I quick check! While I was checking! I was not even 1 minute into checking another guy popped up to the counter and very rudely asked me to get out of the counter so he could serve someone else. I felt so bad the way the staff have behaved with me at Eastgate. They are very rude and aggressive. We pay you for the service you provide. If we are nice to you please be nice in return. It doesn’t cost to be polite.
