Very friendly and helpful staff. I rang first to check on stock and the customer service was phenomenal. Then when I went to pick it up, it was wrapped up in brown paper to help me keep it hidden, as I mentioned it was a birthday present.

Awesome Staff and management at this store, they know their stuff and can help you find what you are looking for. The staff make this the best toyworld I know of in chch. First stop for toys and games, and really good selection of Nerf guns.

Such a great store with amazing staff. The lovely lady at the counter serving us today in Christmas clothes was absolutely brilliant. So kind, warm, professional and just awesome. Top notch service!!!
