Your staff recommended a product to me that was “suitable” for my needs yet it did not work and they refused a refund? Hmmm sounds like a scam.nYour staff are useless and have bad attitudes and your products are extremely low quality and horribly priced.nYou should take the criticism you receive from your customers as I can see there are plenty of 1 star reviews and your response is usually to blame the customer and never take responsibility. How about do better? And improve your company instead of deflecting? You might get better reviews and more customers.
