Great service, our bottles were delivered the same day we signed up. 10% Cheaper than Rockgas. I would recommend everyone to change LPG suppliers.

Perfect for filling up a LPG bottle of any size. Was perfect for our camper van. Payed 10$ for a 2kg bottle refill. Vs 50 for a new bottle. They guy Indian like was also super nice and helpful. He even installed the bottle back on our camper van !

Update - $30 a 9kg refill mean this is a place you don't want to bother with anymore. Most petrol station refills and Kiwi gas are cheaper, faster, and have MUCH better customer service.nnEverytime I go here I am left waiting for 15+ minutes while they have a chat, then go find someone else sitting out on the street twice, then very slowly fill one bottle at a time. Then another wait to pay.nnPoorly signposted drive, and poorly marked drive for customers. S-l-o-w service. Even slower refill time one bottle at a time - despite their reply their signs are poor, and being on the back of the most back street hard to find. When you do miss their entry consider keeping on going to BOC Gas - who you will probably see first.

My house gas hose was leaking after they swap the cylinder. It was making noise and smell was really bad but they left like that. It's really dangerous. Then we emailed the company but they never reply for that. If hose is damaged they shouldn't swap also let us know.

I got an invoice saying I got two bottles delivered last month within a week of each other. However was not he case I said come and see that I still have an empty bottle. When one runs out I order and vice versa. They simply took of the extra charge no apology no explanation. No yesterday I chased up an order placed 10 days ago. She now has got back to me saying I received it on 22 nd . Just incase I mad a mistake I checked the bottle again , Cleary empty. Do not know what singling on with this company but the last few months extremely poor service and no excuse for the mix ups. I was also called a liar as I said I get a delivery slip. She said they were done away with months ago everything via the portal now so I sent her a copy of my last delivery slip stating they have never stopped for me . Now I am going in to Candace k this company and get a new supplier . First I will make sure I get my bottle or refund.
