Mata gas used to be a good company not anymore. They replaced my 60-70% filled bottle instead of empty bottle and this week I realized I don't have any backup. After complaint to customer service they delivered one bottle today but they are not ready to accept that CS agent argued that driver took empty bottle back. I asked then where is the full gas bottle then blah blah blah and kept arguing. I asked the same driver this morning that you swapped the wrong bottle last month and he said he doesn't know. I know you will will accept it and you were unable to answer my questions rather trying to enforce your own logics. Anyhow I am done with you and your customer service where I had to call 3 times and email 2 times to explain your own problem. Your drivers are 100% perfect and cannot make mistakes.

Extremely disappointed by this company. I understand a yearly price increase that's very normal but I signed up for lpg bottles on January 30th at $125 per bottle i then got an increase email on February 7th $138 I now have another email increase to $147 three increases in such a small time of being a customer is a joke

This is by far the worst gas company. First connection they left the bottles on the lawn and didnt tell us when they were coming so we could restrain the dogs. Second time they once again delivered with out letting us know. They had zero explanation and customer service skills. Have now changed gas companies but Matagas is refusing to give us a refund. Now they wont reply to any emails.

Really thought i was getting a good deal but thwy never explained the charges and i got sent a 400$ bill. Got suggested this place by friends but wont suggest it to anyone! Rip off!

4Stars to sell me a small 2kg camping gas bottle replacement for $50 cheaper as Mitre10-the indian manager told me he needs to see my hose to see if he has replacement seals. 0Stars for: Went back two days later just to get told by the same guy he doesn’t stock any seals for small bottles.nHow you make business nowadays.
