Kenneally Timber Products Ltd

So initially these guys were hella quick to respond to my e-mail request for timber despite me being a massive noob. They were very patient and clear with their communication. The timber was amazing, we got macro which was just beautiful for our deck. Picture here unfinished. There was a little bit of spoilage, and I was 1x4.5m length short of the total deck facings bit. I e-mailed again to explain and they Declan? quickly agreed to replace the broken cracked bits with a full length so I could finish the deck. I accidentally turned up just as they were closing but old mate was a good guy about it and still got me my timber. Massive thanks to Declan and his crew. Everyone should get their timber here... also macro is beautiful with the natural oil stain.

I've bought from Kenneally twice now, and I'd go to them again even though they aren't the closest. The most recent time was for some macrocarpa for some raised garden beds. I ordered via email and communication from them was really clear. They're very well-organised and had it ready for me to collect. It was all there, and they found a spot to keep some aside for me as I needed to make two trips. The timber is lovely and the garden beds are looking great. I also happened to mention to Declan that I was also building a kid's treehouse and he threw in some extra timber he happened to have around the yard. It was kind, unexpected, well appreciated, and it shows the kind of people they are along with the other reviews here. Many thanks to Declan and the team!

Once again. Great service, price and product. The note of a product that had a slight deficiency was good and honest...the 'slight deficiency' was hardly detectable. A wee bit further out of town than some suppliers...but always worth the time. Cheers guys!
