I am a first time customer, the prices are excellent and the customer service is exceptional. I live a long way out of town, but I am now going to use you guys a lot more for my timber and other requirements. I highly recommend Kenneally Timber Products to anyone reading my review.
Went there to buy over $1000 worth of decking timber to have the manager getting angry at his helpful staff member and then said that he’s already gone out of his way when clearly his job is to supply the timber we wanted. The attitude of this guy even if he is the owner is making us close our account and cease trading with this place! Can not believe how rude he was and even shut my wife down on a question regarding painted ends on the stain timber.
Brilliant service, awesome staff and competitive prices. We shop for all our wood for Her Blue Dungarees custom builders of outdoor furniture.nHighly recommend visiting Kenneally.
