Spotlight Northwood

Went to northwood took a trolley from panda discount store with stiff I brought had docket enter the store and got asked to return my item to the car put the trolley back at panda then enter tge store first time customer here will go to town won't be back discussing service

Rude staff. I was in the kitchen area which is separated by shelving to the checkout area but I could loudly hear the staff mocking customers they served after they left. When I went to pay I tried to use afterpay as I thought I had in store before they told me I couldn't use afterpay. I apologised and joked with the staff I thought I had used it there before. A rude staff member shoulder length grey hair walked past and made a rude face at me loudly going no no no inserting herself into a conversation that she was not a part of. I must say the young girl who served me was beautifully polite and more than helpful. It's a shame she's being let down by her older colleagues who don't have the same light heartedness and kindness she does.

Such a rude shop assistant with long greyish hair and glasses at the fabric counter today, I was quite shocked. She was sighing about cutting one piece of fabric why else is she there?, throwing it at me, just whaaat?! She put the bolt back in the wrong section and I told her where I'd got it from which would have been the right section, told to F off. Really charming customer service. I've never experienced anything like that at the store in town, they are always polite there.

Awesome experience getting to go on opening day, Everyone looked so happy gathering their crafting materials. I loved looking at what people were buying, cute fabrics with real characters from Disney and other franchises. It was fun to walk around, crafters paradise really and so good to have this side of town. Thank you for opening in Northwood Spotlight, You have lit up Belfast :

Loved my experience. Also, the staff were so lovely. I wanted to learn how to sew so needed guidance with fabric and staff were so patient and lovely. Narrow isles but not an issue when I went in with a pram with a toddler.
