Terrible service last night picking up a click and collect item 3rd April 2025 a lego item. Lady was unhelpful smart and quite honestly rude. Plenty of places to shop, this lady requires an attitude adjustment.

Poor customer service, the staff are really rude and don't know how to talk to customers, especially those at the checkout. They select people they want to check their items out. They should learn how to talk to customers regardless their nationality!!Honestly I felt really bad the way one staff treated me. Never am I shopping from there.

Good car parking very near to the back entrance of Barrington mall    Clean entrance. Easy to get around. Lots of specials easily visible. Ailse clear. Plenty of staff visible to ask for help. Available to get ladders to look for other stock. Very clear setup of different sections within the shop. Friendly and smiling checkout staff.

Typical warehouse store.nWell kept esp. clothing area.nFriendly staff.nToilet was adequate at best a bit messy,  looked like a child had used previously. Baby change available. It's great the have one!

It's a typical Warehouse store, quite small on average, doesn't have self checkout, parking at the mall parking lot just by the entrance which is convenient. Never had bad interactions with staff, always friendly and helpful when they are present.
