Large discount store with many housewares, some food and garden things. Came for Christmas paper and tape. Came away with some food and clothing bargains too. Seems like the employees are working well and are a bit friendly. Next to Fresh Choice grocery. No reason not to return.
It's a typical Warehouse store, quite small on average, doesn't have self checkout, parking at the mall parking lot just by the entrance which is convenient. Never had bad interactions with staff, always friendly and helpful when they are present.
The service at this werehouse is one of the lowest has too be the worst shop in chch. I live close by and gave use it but over all I would prefer to take a trip to Eastgate. NO self check outs 9 times out of 10 1 checkout staff on a toll when ask if they be getting them said no amd if you don't like go to another werehouse fair to say I'll be staying away not enjoyable waiting 10mins in line just to buy for your items a real shame the werehouse group has not done this up grade at this werehouse clearly do not care about there customers time. I'll be going to ricc kmart from now on!
Have had both good and bad customer service here. On some visits the workers/cashiers have been very friendly and on others I’ve felt quite unwelcomed. Once I was asked to check inside my bag even though I did nothing suspicious and no one else before or after me had their bags checked. My sister has also had this happen to her when she was with her friend, however I’ve never seen anyone else get their bag checked. Seems a bit targeted based on age and looks.
Typical warehouse store.nWell kept esp. clothing area.nFriendly staff.nToilet was adequate at best a bit messy, looked like a child had used previously. Baby change available. It's great the have one!
