Three times now I have purchased gift cards that haven't been activated by the cashiers at point of sale at this store. The second and third times I asked to make sure the card was activated and was told it was, on the third occasion the teenage cashier condescendingly told me the system wouldn't let him sell it to me if it wasn't activated. Not true, buddy. For the love of God, train your staff or fix/update your POS.
Have had both good and bad customer service here. On some visits the workers/cashiers have been very friendly and on others I’ve felt quite unwelcomed. Once I was asked to check inside my bag even though I did nothing suspicious and no one else before or after me had their bags checked. My sister has also had this happen to her when she was with her friend, however I’ve never seen anyone else get their bag checked. Seems a bit targeted based on age and looks.
Rude staff!!! I honestly couldn't believe how my Grandson & I were treated. Could it be that we shopped on a Sunday? Perhaps this lady hates working on Sunday's? Could that be why she treated us like something she'd stepped on.....nWould not recommend this store. If you feel the need to shop at The Warehouse, stick to doing it online.
A friend got me a wireless phone charger and It didn't work on my phone and some others I tried as well. I went back to get a refund and because I didn't have it in the open box and a little bit wet from a 30 second walk from the car they wouldn't honour a refund. I had my receipt with me. Poor service.
Typical warehouse store.nWell kept esp. clothing area.nFriendly staff.nToilet was adequate at best a bit messy, looked like a child had used previously. Baby change available. It's great the have one!
