Lovely merchandise and friendly, helpful staff.
Nice store to wander round. Good range of homewares & small appliances also good price points. Helpful staff & good parking. Enjoyed my visit & purchased a steamer that I wanted.
Staff that just stand there as if they don’t have the time of day to serve customers waiting at the counter nSeriously made me so uncomfortable the way she just stood there staring until I asked to be served? Get some better staff that know how to smile and have the common knowledge about customer service, such a let down for your store. Yikes!!
Nicely laid out store and a good range of goods across the price range. But, best part is the courteous, polite, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Someone is putting in some effort to ensure that the staff are putting the customer front and centre. This is the sort of service that makes a store the first to go to.
Wow, such a pleasure to receive absolute top drawer customer service. Nothing was an issue total opposite and even with some special delivery requirements. A massive thanks to Bruce!!
