This store is very hit and miss for service and honesty.nMake sure you keep them to there promise of delivery dates etc.nA very poor attitude from staff when they make a mistake.nWe will be back to avoiding this store for years to come.
Generally a good place to purchase goods as I have over the years but today was a very rude experience, went to the counter to ask on an item, two staff members sitting behind counter in deep conversation, staff member finally noticed me and pointed out to the other whom was closer as I'm standing there, turns around looking slightly annoyed then abrubtly says .....Yeah! Making it out it's such an inconvenience for him as I interrupted his happy space. Well the power of purchase power I won't be going back for sure.The kid needs some customer relations skills.
Worst customer service ever!!!!nSelling tvs that are on the wrong satellite for NZ knowingly....nMeaning you will need a technician at your own expense so you are able to bloody use it.nThen to be told... not our problem its the manufacturers problem....nBut you are knowingly selling these tvs to people & not telling them they will have to pay a tech $100+ before they can use themnBloody ripoffs never againn
Went in today to buy items , no one at counter most unhelpful staff to busy talking at counter , a good 5 mins before they acknowledged and just said no we don’t have and wouldn’t look on computer to check so walked out of store didn’t even bother to look at the other things I had intended to purchase . No more going back to this store .
