Whenever I shop at Harvey Norman Northwood, I am always well looked after. Today, my wife and I bought a new phone, and we were assisted by Babu, who is very helpful and knows her products. My wife and I felt very comfortable with Babu's assistance.
Absolutely discussed with the lack of help at the photo kiosk today.nCouldn't get my photos transferred from phone and when I asked for help the man was rude and completely uninterested in assisting me...didn't make any attempt to move from behind his counter. Eventually I left with no photos, won't be going there again .
Order a Tv last Monday and was told it would be coming from Nelson branch and would be there by the end of the week. Had to contact them Thursday to find it hadn't been shipped and would be next week gave they said they would let me know when shipped, have just had to Ring to chase them up again to find out where it is and have been told by and of this week. Should not have customers waiting and chasing them that long to find out where it there items are. Definitely will not be going there again for any purchases in future
This store is very hit and miss for service and honesty.nMake sure you keep them to there promise of delivery dates etc.nA very poor attitude from staff when they make a mistake.nWe will be back to avoiding this store for years to come.
Disgusting customer service at front photo desk!! Will not be back, one boy at back office long hair glasses slammed office door on me ..all I wanted was my 3 friggen photos...wow!!
