We usually get good service here...left our son's faulty laptop here and were told 5-10 working days. Went in after 3 weeks and were told it was just sent away yesterday. Went back in after 6 weeks to find it just came back yesterday. No communication over the period and a 'not my problem' attitude.nIt's tight out there, sharpen up guys
I popped into Harvey Norman, Northwood yesterday morning and approached the staff at the photo kiosk - I was greeted by Nicole from there on I was treated wonderfully by her, helped in every way possible, nothing was a problem, I was told the canvas print photo would take 2-3 days, not a problem for me. Later that same day, I was extremely surprised to receive a phone call from Nicole to let me know my Order was completed and may be collected at any time prior to Xmas!! I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough if you are unsure how to print photos etc - Nicole will help you!! Thank you
We dealt with Kamal at the Northwood branch when looking for a new fridge. Very polite and helpful. Good range and many in stock available for immediate pick up or delivery.nSay what you like about Harvey Normans but there are many good staff and usually a good range of stuff at good pricing
I have bought all my appliances at the Northwood Store and always had fantastic service until recently. My Samsung front loading washing machine packed up and thank goodness l had taken out extended warranty. I was told l could have a credit and buy another machine of which l chose a top loader. They did not have any in stock but was told l would have it in a couple of weeks. Time passed and heard nothing so l went in to see what was happening, wasn't due in for another couple of weeks. Was offered display model so agreed, then Salesman told me l would have to pay $110 to have installed. Got upset about this so then told l would need to pay half $60. I refused, they had to come out and pick up faulty machine anyhow. When new machine delivered, older man had trouble trying to connect hot water hose, said his arms were too short so l had to get a neighbour to help. The funnel for the outlet hose had come loose on cabinet so neighbour went and got his drill and screw to fix it, took all of a couple of minutes but the man from Harvey Norman left, leaving my neighbour to fit the hoses on and put the machine in place, my neighbour was not impressed.nI haven't seen any paperwork for the new machine, l am an elderly person on my own and l am very disappointed at the Service l have received.
I visited Harvey Norman Northwood with a plan because I’m doing a reno and I wasn’t sure what brands etc I needed for a washing machine, oven, and fridge/freezer. Without a doubt Kamal was exceptional in every area making my decision-making a breeze. His knowledge of the products, and the way he could pinpoint their strengths and weaknesses allowed me to confidently choose what I needed and walk out of the store without a single worry that I’d made absolutely the best choice for me. Sometimes the decisions in those packed showrooms can be overwhelming. Having a tour guide through the process with that much knowledge was a game/changer. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again and I’ve already recommended this young man to friends. Thank you, Kamal. Great service and a credit to your store.
