Best service from Dana. She added a free shampoo and an extra year for warranty as I mentioned that Bissell spot cleaners tend to work for just a year and have issues.nnA lot better experience for me here than the Harvey Norman's on Moorhouse Ave.nnVery clean and organised store.
Harvey Norman is a truly remarkable establishment, with a highly competent and courteous staff. I am consistently greeted with a warm welcome and provided with valuable advice. While they may not always offer the most expensive products, they prioritize items that align with my lifestyle, which I greatly appreciate. This approach not only encourages repeat purchases but also instills confidence in their honest intentions.
At first I was a bit troubled by an issue that occurred, however, one call to the store and a wonderful person called Belinda sorted out the issue. Saying 'sorted out' seems like a gross understatement, this lovely human preformed a miracle. I don't think I've ever had a response/service like it from any retailer ever. Nor have I gone from annoyed to ecstatic & stunned in such a short period. Also the lovely chap possibly Calvin, sorry Im not sure of his name who carried out Belinda's miracle was a legend too. They genuinely deserve 10 stars out of five. Thank you so much Belinda, Calvin & Harvey Norman.
Huge shout out to Lucy who helped my mother and I find a new keyboard and mouse, she was amazing and super knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the tech and made everything a breeze! Amazing customer service, 10/10 would go back again for any computer accessory needs!
Jake has been super helpful in purchasing a new phone! 5 stars would be an understatement on how good he is with customers!
