I was at the wharehouse in Hornby this afternoon they had nescafe vanilla lattes 26 in a box for $15 on there app it's $10 when i pointed out to the cashier and customer service they check its $10 no apology for there mistake
Drove to hornby from riccarton store, for a box of pull ups , Maddie was friendly and just so nice, she held the box for me until I got there. Thank you so much
Well done to the cheery woman 60ish today who was dealing with a long queue due to her counterpart waiting for assistance from another store member. She called out to the queue apologizing with a smile then apologized again once I reached the counter - built a quick rapport about kitty litter : and sent me on my way with a complimentary paper - well done, you're a gem!
Been there to take some photocopies,but the facility wasn't there in the stationary, like the other warehouses I have visited.Disappointed.
A favorite place to shop. Always a pleasant experience staff are generally helpful.
