Did a click and collect order and the customer service of three of the employees was pathetic. Barely acknowledging me and making me wait for no apparent reason. Hannah who was sorting my click and collect order only spoke a few words to me and then left before I had received my order. Was very disappointed and am not in a hurry to shop at this location again!!
Picked up some Bolognese sauce from here today to make pasta for dinner for the family. Went to add the sauce after frying all the meat and veggies when this horrible stuff came out of the jar. Never had pasta sauce have such a jelly like texture, like thickened red water and it didn't smell nice. Checked the date on it and it says best before 19 oct 2021.nnI rang the store right away but apart from apologizing they didn't know what to do in this situation.nnHere I am with dinner in the bin and out of pocket.
Shout out to Liam who was super helpful on my visit yesterday! Everytime I go into this warehouse the service is always great.
Huge thanks to the security guy. He is amazing. I tried to change my car key's battery, which is very old and hard to recognize. I asked customer service staff if I could borrow a screw driver to open the key cover. It was really hard small screws to make loose. Security guy helped me and did everything. He tried his best, and he changed my battery. He was super kind and generous. Made my day. Thanks to him.
A staff worker Katherine was busy with a trolley full of stock and I asked her if she knew where an item was. Rather than tell me the possible areas, she stopped what she was doing and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to try and help me find this inexpensive baby item/toy. She looked at the picture I had on my phone with no description and would not give up until she could find exactly what it was and the product code. She proceeded to check in and around stock on different shelves with me in the toy area and then the baby area and when that failed, took me to the checkouts so she could she search on the computer there, and then phoned in extra help to try and locate stock AND THEN offered me free delivery online when they could could not find the item that was marked in stock. She was incredibly kind and I cannot remember the last time I recieved customer service like that! So Katherine from Blenheim Rd Warehouse in Riccarton, I hope you see this and thank you
