I was concerned to be in the changing rooms and see a security camer a reflected in the mirror. The changing rooms have no roof. I raised my concerns with the changing room staff member, she said she would raise it with her manager. Not an answer! So I went to customer service and she said it had a plastic shield over it. I went back to have a look, but no shield was obvious. I rand the customer service phone and they said the changing rooms are electronically blacked out. I do believe this 3rd explanation but still feel it is super dodgy and could be manipulated or abused by staff to their advantage. Just put a ceiling on guys. Its a much more trusted option.
Went to buy a TV at 6pm on a Wednesday night. Asked for assistance and was waiting 45 minutes to be served, no one talked to us or approached us. 0/5. get your shit together warehouse staff
In store shopping here is fine but don't click and collect. They seemed to be more than happy to deliver 1 of the 3 items I bought online and then mark the whole thing as collected despite having only received 1 item and then refuse to refund or give me the other 2 items I purchased. Felt very scammed.
plenty of parking and a well stocked store at the warehouse riccarton getting in and out via carpark entrance can be tense however that's only a minor concern in the big picture of things and with the warehouse app you can see store stock levels before purchasing so you know if they have what you need available at the warehouse riccarton without needing to drive out there to see for yourself
very good, will go there again had so much stock amazing workers so proud of them for working the late night shifts with no complaints I would 100% go back.
