Customer service is non-existent in this store. Warehouse staff just wander around avoiding customers at all costs. Try getting a trolley, no-one wants to go and collect them from the carpark. I wanted a box of photocopy paper but no trolleys. Whoever the manager is, they need to be managing this store.
I was going to warehouse with my 5 year old boy he denied to go warehouse.he say you go but don't want go there anymore.I was surprised then he explained me what happened last Saturday evening when he was with his mom. When they was on bill counter she try to pay but payment declined then she noticed she carry a expired bank card she left new card at home.but on counter staff member behavior was very rough and bad with them. My boy carry a little toy she snatched. My wife try say that lady please keep this stuff separate we live very close to mall we will be here in 15 minutes. But her behavior was unexpected.
I have spent the last five hours trying to get in touch with you, to inform you that the person meant to be collecting a television tonight, couldn't make it due to work commitments, so will have to be tomorrow. Does nobody answer the phone after 5.30pm and if so, maybe it should be stated somewhere so customers do not waste their entire evening on the phone. Not good enough.
Honestly, I can't stand this warehouse they treat you terrible though they have signs about asking to be nice, my order didn't show up on their end and staff could see on my phone it was ordered the day before hand but just won't show up, saying this wasn't suppose to happen the guy I was dealing with literally told me to call their help number because of a failure on their end he said you could call them, no interest in sorting it or helping, I just told him it's his job he walked off, last time I shopped here same experience yet the warehouse removed my review because they don't care about their customer experience or the way their customers are treated, atleast this one doesn't, young lady at customer service though wonderful and nice tldr guy was a jerk again warehouse deletes negative reviews.
Found this warehouse to be well stocked with all the brands the Warehouse usually carries in store. The only comment I have worth mentioning is that the DVD range seems to be better at some stores than other stores. This Warehouse here seems to have a narrower range of DVDs up for sale.nBeing in the Northlands mall there is ususlly good car parking. Just note the car parks are not large so swipe damage is a real possibility. Good alignment of your car in the car park does really help.
