Went in there today for a price match on a samsung tablet that pb tech had on special, even though Harvey Norman states on there site they price match, when I went in there I was declined because it was below some margin they have.. so I rang jb hifi and they setup the price match over the phone and sent a link so I could collect instore.. good old jb hifi for the win!!.. I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars at harvey norman in the past from lounge suites to beds and fridges and tvs but I won't be back again after today! Total let down.
Service good but I keep forgetting how damn expensive everything there is and the deals and not saving it
