Was in the shop for a good 20 minutes and literally no one acknowledged us. No one came over and asked if we needed help or even said hello. Same when we were leaving the shop, absolutely no acknowledgment.
Went in to buy a 55inc TV & boom box at Hornby store found their experience & service excellent. Especially a young lady named Lucy.nHarvey Norman stores are independent franchise stores, you get different service from different stores, Hornby store is great, I’d never go back to the Northwood store, staff are helpful however arrogant attitude from Manager/owner
Had a great experience purchasing a new TV and the salesman knew what he was talking about. Gave us a great deal too!
Store is clean and tidy, most of staff were good.nUnfortunately the 3 staff by the entrance were just sitting on the couches talking and didn't acknowledge us at all when we started to walk around, we then went around the whole store and sat on a couch near them for them to stop talking and acknowledge us
Very tidy store,well laid out with attentive staff.nPlenty of choices in all departments with great bargains to be had
