Hopeless staff at customer service. spend $81 this morning, very disappointed for one t-shirt as it's on clearance and have further discount in store on clearance but there staff refused to listen and help at customer service desk, she simply not bothered said the t shirt you pick is new stock at full price and the other one with discount clearance price is old stocksame t-shirt.. She don't even bother to check the price online..nnWe'll on kmart website it's says $8, but this customer service person is not even updated on the promotion sale kmart doing at the moment... she said to me if the price tags says $18 that's the price to sell.. Are you kidding me.??nnGrow up and have some respect for your company and the responsibilities you have been given...this person should not be at counter, she should somewhere away from customer service.. I'll update the name of this person once I'll find here again in kmartnnI live in papanui and always suport local businesses but this experience was not nice to go back gain..nnWaiting for kmart reply...
What happened on 11/10/2024 -nnI had a horrible experience with the night shift manager Kobior Kobe i guess. May be she shouldn't be sitting here as manager. She is all they require to shoo away all customers like flies, with her zero customer tolerance policy and abusive behaviour.nnI have to drive all along from Linwood for one shirt of $22 and I was told that the tag has been removed and cant replace it. When I wanted to speak to the manager this lady turned up after 10 mins, and not even listening to anything she was so rude, didn't listen to me, talked in a belligerent manner. All this in front of my family. I told them I'll fix the tag and come back. So i went back, fixed the tag as it was originally and came again. All this happened b/w 10.45pm to 11.50pm. In the meantime she had instructed the frontline not to replace the Shirt at any cost because I told that I will come back after fixing the tag.nnAfter all this frustration I left the shirt saying I dont want your product at all and came back. Photos attached for evidence. In a day where Customers are everything for business and we are the ones who bring revenue, the ship wont sink just because of replacing a shirt with or without tag which was bought just a day before. Kmart Riccarton had a much better customer service than this one. Pls avoid this store at any cost and opt Kmart Riccarton or Temu. Hope Kmart will take proper action on this lady and atleast remove her from incharge position. Instead of customer service she will do customer discharge. My $22 shirt was just left at the customer desk as a mark of honor of how you treat your customers. Its not about a shirt. Its all about respect and honor. Hope Kmart will learn.nn12.26 am - 12/10/2024 edit - Superb customer grievance redressal website and options by Kmart. Screenshot attached. I think Kmart is sick of people like this 'MANAGER' and they don't even have Papanui Kmart in their Store feedback and enquiry option. Well. When you aren't capable of handling complaints, just remove that option from your website. What a wonderful policy. Screenshot attached.nnI'm gonna fire an email to the corporate affairs office. I will also mark a formal complaint about this including the CEO of Kmart until a formal apology is received from the so called 'Manager'.nnUpdate - 1.12 am - I have marked an email to the CEO and Corporate affairs. I am not gonna rest until action is taken on that staff.
Gosh the shop is such a mess! I couldn't find the trousers I was looking to buy & there was no staff around to ask for help... There's big trolleys around that you have to push past some completely block the isle & you have to go around. I couldn't get to the cushions i was wanting to buy at all they were blocked by big trolleys.
Dont even deserve one star after the bull crud mishap last week and a staff member behind the counter laughing for me returning a mattress protector that was unopened. I left it in store and was told you guize dispose of left behind and paid for items. Seriously temu quality its about time you had a real sharp reality check!!
