Love it here! Staff are always busy and restoking the shelves. Feel sorry for the staff on the door who have to scan receipts. A lot of them get attacked or have to deal with rude people. The lady today had sore feet and legs. Kmart look after your staff better please

Gosh the shop is such a mess! I couldn't find the trousers I was looking to buy & there was no staff around to ask for help... There's big trolleys around that you have to push past some completely block the isle & you have to go around. I couldn't get to the cushions i was wanting to buy at all they were blocked by big trolleys.
Hopeless staff at customer service. spend $81 this morning, very disappointed for one t-shirt as it's on clearance and have further discount in store on clearance but there staff refused to listen and help at customer service desk, she simply not bothered said the t shirt you pick is new stock at full price and the other one with discount clearance price is old stocksame t-shirt.. She don't even bother to check the price online..nnWe'll on kmart website it's says $8, but this customer service person is not even updated on the promotion sale kmart doing at the moment... she said to me if the price tags says $18 that's the price to sell.. Are you kidding me.??nnGrow up and have some respect for your company and the responsibilities you have been given...this person should not be at counter, she should somewhere away from customer service.. I'll update the name of this person once I'll find here again in kmartnnI live in papanui and always suport local businesses but this experience was not nice to go back gain..nnWaiting for kmart reply...
Horrible customer service from duty managernI brought a Xmas present bike Dated 24/12/24 for my son. When I assembled the bike and find out that rear tyre is not holding the air. I went back to store today. 26/12/24 and they said you assembled yourself and now we cannot do anything. When I asked for store manager detail and they refused to give it to me.she said we not allowed to pass the store manager information.nWhen we brought the bike no one told us at checkout about assembling and now they saying if you assemble by yourself then it’s not under warranty. All I wanted just change exchange the tyre with your demo bike and you can get it fixed when you bike men back.nnKmart has ruined my son Xmas present and I will never shop again with you .
