I bought a product online that requires self assembly! That's not a problem. However, you NEED an electric screw driver! Otherwise you CAN NOT assemble!!!! I don't have one and refuse to buy one for a small bedside table! There was NO mention of this on their website! But they still don't accept a return! To me that's a rip off!
Kmart offers a fantastic selection of clothing that’s both stylish and affordable. Their apparel is trendy, keeping up with current fashion while providing great quality. I’ve found pieces that are not only fashionable but also practical, making them perfect for everyday wear.
Used be my one-stop shop to visit prior of any other stores, now is my very last. For more than a year, some of the items advertised online have been out of stock. If items cannot be ordered in-store, what good is an online listing?
Purchased a large stockpot and $70 worth of ingredients to make a large meal for a lot of people $30 leg of lamb and the lid exploded! Sending glass everywhere, I'm very annoyed about this, can't even call to discuss as no one answers any of the phone lines! I feel I should absolutely be refunded for everything what a waste. No customer service.
Kmart over the years is perfect for quick shopping, oftentimes very tempting and I always end up buying more things than intended Prices are reasonable also and some stuffs are of decent quality if you're lucky enough. This branch however does not boast helpful staff so oftentimes we end up making the trip to its sister branch in Papanui or competely give up shopping in-store and just relying online. I don't see the point of shopping in store and not being helped for queries or if I need assistance with anything while in store.
