Experienced two very rude staff members today. When entering the store an asian lady on security and another asian staff member were busy communicating with each other in their own language . On leaving the store 15 minutes later the same two staff members were still talking with each other. On approaching them with my receipt and Item purchased the woman scanned my receipt while still talking in a foreign language made no eye contact or acknowledgement of customers that were leaving. From a customer service point of view this was appalling.
Honestly, this store has really put me off shopping here.nnHaving cages everywhere with products ready to go out makes the store feel cluttered and chaotic. It’s hard to navigate and really takes away from the shopping experience. Instead of feeling like a place to browse and pick what you need, it feels stressful and unwelcoming.nnAnd staff… what staff!!nIt was nearly impossible to find anyone to help when I needed assistance. If so much stock is in these cages, there should be enough staff around to make accessing it easy—but that wasn’t the case at all.nnOverall, between the cages everywhere and the lack of helpful staff, I left feeling frustrated and not inclined to return. One star.
Saying it’s a price drop when you can clearly see that it’s not lol
It's alright, nothing to write home about. Decent prices, fair staff, clean store. Although, as a tourist, seeing Kmart whatsoever was honestly really cool.
Great shopping experience. Great deals and prices of things to reduce to clear. Lots of variety
