Bought a chair from here and it’s given me lower back pain. The guy I talked to over the phone said to buy a cushion for it even though it already comes with a cushion. Don’t buy furniture from this store it’s cheap material and bad for your back.
Went in to get a microwave oven and walked out with a microwave oven. Good service and the took a good guess with regards to sizing as it fitted in the wooden shelf perfectly. The salesman Rod was very helpful and even carried the oven to the car.nA good experience.
Don't shop here unless you want the manager to treat you poorly if there's ever an issue with one of their products.nAn angry entitled man with no respect for his customers.nThis store has gone downhill in a big way over the last few years.nI've been buying from these guys for 25 years.nYet I'm still waiting on a refund for a dodgy Beko washer they picked up from us in September.nHopefully senior management will take my formal complaint seriously.
Staff treat you like you are dumb, have continued to lie, tell you wrong information about a product we purchased, even down to telling us that a dryer shouldn't be in the garage even internal access garage.nIt won't let me do no stars or half
Sales person Rishav approached after a few minutes of me looking and asked if I wanted assistance. Told him what I was looking for. He showed me recliners and colours available for sofas. Will be back for these and large TV for wall. Also told me that there is a very experienced TV installer.
