Warm welcome, clean comfortable room with an air conditioning unit. Very good location 20 minute walk into Taupo along the coast. Small washing facilities on site.
Only complaint was the hard bed. Other than that clean, easy and convenient location. Also quiet...but I can image if it was packed how busy and loud it could get.
We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at your hotel and wanted to express our gratitude. Everything, from the moment we checked in with your friendly staff, was exceptional. Our room was not only spotless but also incredibly comfortable and spacious.nKids loved Spa tub and had wonderful relaxation and family time!

The place was nice. Location is also so peaceful. We had a self check in. But the details were texted to us before checking in. Room was so well cleaned. Facilities were the more than expected. Totally recommended. No fault to say. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you
