Stayed 26nov 24nnAll good.nEasy check in and out.nNot far from centre.nQuick drive all over to attractions.nClose to hot water section of lake.nNice view of everything nAt the moment there is major road works done until don't know when so watch out if that deters you.nOther than that, no can complain about anything!!!nThanks for making our stay awesome!!!

Upon walking into my room I was very impressed. Nice size. Well decorated. Good design. Comfortable bed. Warm temperatures. Amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. I enjoyed soaking in the outdoor mineral hot pool. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing. The first night there was a lot of thumping noise. The second night a loud TV noise that fortunately stopped at about 10pm.

Great place and absolute waterfront. You can’t get closer to the lakeside. This place seems to have access to a hydrothermal bore so there is underfloor heating at least in the top rooms and a heated soaking pool. Had a fantastic stay!

A nice and clean boutique motel right up to Lake Taupo about 7 KMS from the town center. The rooms were spacious and well laid out with underfloor heating and comfortable beds. Greatest views of Mt Ruapehu on a clear sunny day. Pros are location and facilities. A small con is if you have noisy guests upstairs, you can hear it from the ceiling. It's not super loud but slightly irritating. Would not stop me from staying there again. Recommended.

A great stay. Highly recommend it. Lakefront, spa bath in room, lovely hot pool. Clean room with kitchen facilities, shared laundry, underfloor heating so lovely and warm. Really enjoyed it.
