Accent on Taupo

We had a great stay at Accent. A small set of units including studio and multi bedroom options and right across the road from the beach and the walking track. Very friendly owner and plenty of room to move in the one bedroom apartment.

Location was a bit further from the town, which was expected when I came here. Though, two things made this stay really amazing.nnThe accommodation has a cat! A cat that will come up to you, lay on your lap and demand attention. The owner was also really charming and helpful to his guests and would check up on you when he got the chance.nnIf I were in Taupō again, I'd probably come here for the cat. But for others I'd recommend it for a day trip or more!

Dog friendly owner, clean and very comfortable bed. Access to the dog park and lake was the bonus for us. Also enjoyed the dip in the spa. Recommend

Came in March, was a lovely stay - I liked the t.v and all the channels - said to my wife we need this t.v at home. We've booked the room for July. Went skydiving and jet boating - wicked weekend.
