This was a newly renovated block. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Pin code entry was fine. The only downside was that although there was a communal kitchen with microwave, kettle and toaster, there was no cutlery or crockery so I took a quick trip to Warehouse to buy my own which I will travel with in future. The only other issue was no batteries in the tv remote in the communal area. I'm sure these are teething problems as the stay was very comfortable and very affordable. Will certainly use it again.
