Rainbow Point Motel

I've booked room 5, the Spa tub didn't work , slow water from the tap, no Spa bubbles ...disappointed .. no Hot water when shower.. Towel has a big hole. Back of the bathroom door has a hole too. Dead insects everywhere didn't clean enough and room was smelly. Just the location is good.

We didn’t even stay in the room we were shown. It stunk. There were worrying stains on the valance. The neighbouring room was thrashing music.nIt was absolutely disgusting. The owner mentioned it was an old motel, but this was next level. Cobwebs and bugs around the walls too.nnWe just couldn't bear the thought of sleeping in the bed which had zero support when i sat on the edge of it.nWe didn't feel safe and we didn't want to leave our bags there when we headed out for dinner. So we called it and left and found somewhere else to stay.

Friendly service - the receptionist was lovely she was very efficient and warm. However the place is a dump - so poorly maintained it is disgraceful. If I was from overseas I would be appalled. Blinds broken, filthy carpet, old broken furniture. So run down and musty. People need to boycott until the management does some much needed repairs

No this motel was substandard due to the poor quality of care to the facilities by the owner and the person of lease it and manages the place.nYes we except that rainbow point motel was older style no cook in Ng facilities the spa bath didn't work and the towels were warn the whole place needs to be maintained and cleaned up.nWere they store there rubbish was in the wrong place outside the unit were we park our cars . The carpet was worn light switch dangerous.nI won't be recommending this motel. For what we paid and they advised was still sub substandard.for what we paid for the motel unit wasn't worth it .

Very economically priced because it could do with some minor renovation work, but the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable the sheets were very good quality. Also the shower head worked well - pressure and flow were very good. So, for me, the important things - cleanliness, bed comfort and shower usability - get a 'tick'. Sure you could ask for more, but it does the essentials
