Star Chef canteen and take away

It's a tiny place but the food is great. In particular I want to say the portion sizes are way above average.

Lived in dunedin a year now, try a different fish shop every Saturday. This is by far the best. The fish tast great, try the fried onion sausage it'll fill u upnThe Asian food taste fresh and is yum and reasonably priced. Young husband wife very friendly and were up for a chat. Definitely my new regular. Definitely 5 out of 5

Supporting their Mini business at this day and age . 5/5 stars well done guysnnTheir young family are keeping up well and are working hard to provide great tasting food and take away to Locals and to outsiders.nnThey are hot and fresh had no issues with them. Their dinner portions Menu is quite filling and satisfying.nnNice and bright customer service with reliable good cost of the food :nnParking spaces are found easily around the Take away shop !

I have to edit my review unfortunately because I got old fish that make me sick from here. Before this I had never bought fish from here and never had a problem. I was up all night vomiting from it after eating only half the fish because I thought it tasted terrible. Great place otherwise, I just recommend avoiding the fish.
