You really can’t expect much from any kfc, it’s completely random when it’s bad and when it’s not. I went when it wasn’t busy and it really wasn’t that bad. Store was kinda gross but they always are.
These guys are the nicest lot of workers I've come across in Dunedin for fast food. Super friendly, kind and hard working. Food is has always been great but the workers will always be the reason I choose this kfc in town. You guys are great
Anna on drive-through on Easter Friday was very rude. We asked for some chicken salt on the chips and she threw us some sea salt packets and told us to move on because there were people behind us. Whilst I understand public holidays can be stressful, her attitude showed poor customer service and we all left KFC feeling somber.
Rude manager whoever was on duty at 7:30 on the 22nd of April on Tuesday. She needs to do better. Her cooks were not following protocol and her chicken and fries were absolutely disgusting. All protocols were not followed. White big lady might’ve felt very racially profiled too.
We live over a hour away and my partner brought me home some dinner the chicken was fine overall but the chicken in the zinger burger was half cooked and had a rubber texture was honestly disgustingnSo excited to get some KFC after a long time just to be disappointed won’t be coming to this specific KFC again just plain lazy Date 30/05/2025 6:55pmnRant over
