Bought a bucket of chicken last night and it was horrible, mega greasy, breading all falling off and sticking to other bits of chicken and there was no herb and spice added to the chicken making it very bland and plain. Big big waste of money, staff seemed to be more interested in laughing and joking than performing the job they’re paid to do.
Food sat on bench cooling down while waiting for am item. Was luke warm when received. I prefer it hot.nA number of staff in the back bit only one person taking and packing orders.nCustomer service not great
I went into kfc on Sunday and had a few items missing. I went up and talked to the employee Cassie who was very helpful and friendly. She got us our items and overall just made the experience ten times better. Again just outstanding service from Cassie
I frequently do a drive thru at this KFC, as I have enjoyed their quality of food. However, yesterday the quality of the food was not appetizing at all. The hot spicy wings, were dry and the out side was extremely hard. As started before I am a frequent buyer at this KFC so I am aware of the type and quality of the food.nUnfortunately, the food bought could not be finished as the taste was not up to standard.
Have definitely had mixed experiences in the past, but today I have to credit them. Ordered through DoorDash. Everything was fresh hot and nicely seasoned. Couldn’t fault a thing.
