You really can’t expect much from any kfc, it’s completely random when it’s bad and when it’s not. I went when it wasn’t busy and it really wasn’t that bad. Store was kinda gross but they always are.
These guys are the nicest lot of workers I've come across in Dunedin for fast food. Super friendly, kind and hard working. Food is has always been great but the workers will always be the reason I choose this kfc in town. You guys are great
We live over a hour away and my partner brought me home some dinner the chicken was fine overall but the chicken in the zinger burger was half cooked and had a rubber texture was honestly disgustingnSo excited to get some KFC after a long time just to be disappointed won’t be coming to this specific KFC again just plain lazy Date 30/05/2025 6:55pmnRant over
Service was slow as always.drive thru isn't suited to larger vehicles. The food was greasy and the chips were really oversalted. They also got my order wrong then the employees argued with each other about the incorrect order very unprofessional.
While there's kind and generous people behind the counter, you've first got to get them whilst they're busy preparing and boxing things up so even asking for ice or an extra spoon could take up to a minute even without a queue to wait behind. Late evening Saturday night was fairly busy and that might also be a cause for why the floors and tables were a bit in need of a clean. As for the place, there's seating inside and the same or more outside.
