Great pickup service from the airport, friendly staff, and we got an upgrade too! I'd filled out all my details online, so they literally just handed us the keys and off we went. Returning the car was just as quick and straightforward, and we'd definitely use this company again.

I found Snap rental via Wotif, and it was a truly great experience.  A pick-up van met me at the airport and transported me to their office where the check process was quick and efficient. The car was clean and modern.  The checkout was equally as good.  I will definitely use Snap again.

It was a “SNAP” both checking the car out and in. Picked up in Queenstown with no waiting. No hassles, no high pressure sales pitch for extra insurance, nothing but get the keys and drive off. Car was fine with no issues over 19 days. Returning the car in Christchurch was also quick and easy. Returning at a different location was at a very reasonable price, $50 when others wanted $500! They did require a hefty deposit, but they all do now. I’m expecting a full return. Staff was great in both locations. I would definitely rent with them again.

Excellent service offered at the reception after they picked us up by shuttle from airport. Quick handover of clean car along with a great positive attitude. Appreciate the front desk staff’s kind behavior

Super awesome service. The transfer van was on-site by the time we walked out of the airport, and they got us sorted and to the rental place within 15 minutes of landing.nnCar was well cared for, had both android and apple play which made getting around a new city nice and easy.nnThe price was super good as well - all up I think for three full days including petrol and insurance I paid $220.
