The service was good but unfortunately the car was rubbish. Was clean and relatively tidy but clearly had done a lot of work. The suspension was flat as if it didn't really work anymore, the engine was very sluggish, the starter key falls out, significant crack in windscreen which attendant insisted was fine. Would never go for one of there cheaper cars again, pay more or go somewhere else.
Omega rentals Christchurch made the whole process of hiring a car simple and easy. Their rates were very competitive. I drove a Toyota aqua hybrid around the South Island during the first two weeks of September with no issues. This car was very economical on petrol. The pick up shuttle service was excellent. The explanation of the rental contract was precise. The after hours drop off point was quick and easy and again the drop off shuttle service was excellent. I would highly recommend using Omega rentals for you car hirage.
We had an amazing experience with Omega Rentals! They honored our discount since one of us works with the DHB, which we truly appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly and even gave us discount vouchers for some popular attractions. The location is super convenient, being close to Westfield Mall, which made it a great spot to hang out before returning the car. Thank you for the excellent service! We’ll definitely book with you again next time.
Rented a Camry from Omega Rental Cars. Very competitive pricing compared to the other Car Rentals and the car is in excellent condition and new. After-hours collection at CHC AIRPORT was easy with clear instructions provided via email. Kudos!
