We had car for 10 days, picked up in Christchurch and dropped off in Queenstown.nn1 The online process was simple - no hidden fees and charges, all up front - so you know what you are getting without having to trawl through the fine print. Pay for the 0 excess - its worth the peace of mind.n2 You get the car you chose online - many times I've gotten a totally different and generally smaller car because '... or similar' is mentioned somewhere, then I've had to pay to upgrade. The car they originally gave us didn't allow Android Play via usb and they happily swapped it the next day for one that did.n3 All staff are super friendly and accommodating.nnI've rented countless times in Europe, US, Asia through online best-deal booking sites and direct i.e., Europcar, Hertz and this company beats them all hands down.nnWarning: petrol prices in NZ are insane...$2.60/litre!!! Prepare for the pump shock!
