Palmerston North Motel

As an organisation that visits Palmerston North on a monthly basis we have made a note not to use this accommodation provider again after just one visit.nCommunication and customer service were extremely poor with the manager/owner complaining that we had 'interrupted her tea' when called at 6pm on Friday to report a missing phone. The manager/owner was insistent that no phone was present in the room and refused to look further, phoning management at the weekend to complain about the interruption which was a double-standard she seemed unable to grasp. The phone was indeed in the room. The owner/manager's attitude is not conducive to an enjoyable stay nor to a successful business and we do not recommend this motel.

Just needs a fat clean. I am a cleaner I found myself wiping skirting boards and dirty marks on the doors. Please don't come for me in the replies lol we enjoyed our stay, the cleaner just needs to do a better job.nBeds were comfy and definitely will come back when we are down there next.

I would never stay here again, the rooms are filthy and you cant sleep because you can hear people having parties in their room and i could also smell marijuana. The place is so cheap so do not waste your money on this place they needa upgrade the only good thing is the area

Very CHEAP owners. Highly dont recommend. Very lazy service. Gine the whole day came back for the 2nd night. Beds was half made. No spare towels. Didnt give us a milk top up. But gave us just 1 more extra hot chocolate packet they exoect to make with no milk. Never aanswer phonw or door. Worst motel

As soon as the door was opened, the unit smelled like cat piss pungent. Sprayed air freshener. Don't know how it got cleaned. I expected all the towels on bed as usual, and I just called to ask for it. The RUDE lady with no professionalism answered and said to 'use your eyes' instead of directing me to where I could find the rest. When asked about heater, she became a 'Karen'.nAnts in the bathroom vanity and water on toilet floor. Molds on ceiling. Doors are jamming. Poor service.nLEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAINTAIN THE FACILITY.
