Alpha Motor Inn

I stayed for 4 days for a tournament in palmy and it catered to all my needs. Great little rooms with comfortable beds and linen plus a lovely wee kitchenette and bathroom with everything you’d need for a short stay. The staff were so incredibly helpful and speedy after I left belongings behind as well. Great location too with a cafe right next door and easy to get to the mall and restaurants. Would recommend!

Stayed for 2nights with my family of 6.nFound it to be quite old insidenNo couch like the photo stated/ what was on the description.nBedroom door and bathroom had little wooden handles very hard to open.nNo Netflix or sky to watch nPainful wen you have children staying.nCurtains were to light and sonBeds were comfortable.nWas quiet loud in the morning for the trucks and cars at the back of the motel.nKitchen was good and clean.nIf looking for a budget/ older motel then this is for you.

Very good location and lovely staff. Easy process. Room was nice too. However I got a lot of bites all over from staying for two nights. They seem to be from either flee or bed bug - I can’t quite tell the difference, maybe more likely to be flees. That’s been stressful to deal with.nI had to check out early so didn’t get to see the receptionist when I left. But called the place afterwards to let them know and they were nice about it - apologising and saying they will do a check and clean.nOnce the place is cleaned thoroughly, I do think it’s a good place to stay.

Excellent stay, the room we had was perfect for the weekend, Friday through Sunday. Bed was comfy, room warm, bathroom Excellent, good value for money. Def recommend.

I stayed here once and will not stay again. I was attacked by bugs and have scars on my torso as a result. I note that I am not the only only one that this has happened to my time there was several months ago July 2023. I was asked by work to stay there again recently I refused and checked the reviews and saw another bug attack victim so I had to post to protect unwary travelers. The room was basically dirty with a layer of grime over all surfaces. There are much better options nearby for similar price if you are looking for a deal but avoid this place they don't seem to care. I went to reception as the T.V wasn't working, I had no help I was told the tv was slow and I needed to wait for it to turn on and change channels...it didn't work I gave up. This isn't a 4 star its not in my opinion even a 1 star, its terrible. One reviewer says the staff were lovely they were polite when I was there but ultimately unhelpful and obviously did nothing about the bugs which shows a lack of care and concern for guests.
