Fitzherbert Castle Motel

I stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely warm welcome on arrival from Andy and the team. Great customer service. The staff were all so helpful and the room great value for money, very well stocked and so clean. I had slept very well and surprised as on a main road but no disruption from traffic noise. Great location as very close to the Plaza and a convenient walk also to the Square for Intercity bus stop. I felt very safe. The staff one could tell are very happy as all had excellent customer service and took pride in their work. I will definitely book the Fitzherbert Castle Motel again.

Great value for money and in an awesome spot with lots of shopping locations within a walking distance.nRoom was nice and couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Only issue we had was wifi being a bit slow, but it got better towards 8-9pm and as long as you download any shows/movies you want to watch it’s no issue.nWill definitely recommend and would stay again :

Stayed one night, great bed, amazingly strong and hot shower; well appointed room. Comfy and just what I needed. Also great recommmendations re eating nearby I was arriving late. Friendly and great value for $

Was a good visit no plug so unable to use spa bath. Tidy comfortable bed room was clean had a few ants in bathroom 6 at most showed them the door never saw again. Very warm very friendly staff
