Drovers Motor Inn

The hosts were very accommodating we arrived early evening and they were there to greet us with a friendly smile. Very pleasant to talk to and more than happy to help with anything. We were very surprised at the size of the apartment which had a lovely private coutyard attached to it. We will definitely be staying here again.

In room 12 and it's actually perfect size for a couple or even 2 people in separate beds.nnThey lay out in this room is fine kitchen is a little different with bench job built in but it works! Not far from shops and easy walk or scooter

We had a last minute need for a hotel room and didn’t book til 6pm and was on the road til 9pm.nnThey were able to help me check in via phone and it was truly a godsend!nnThe hotel is such a great value for the cost, the room is fresh, clean and the bathroom is very nice.nnI would stay here again!

On our travels north in NZ we stopped in Palmerston North and came across this gem. It was that good we stopped again on our return south!nnCheck in is easy going north and recommend booking ahead. Heading back south we were running late and we let them know. Turned up to our room with blinds drawn, fresh milk in the fridge and heater on! Affordable rooms and clean, very clean.nnWe had a double take on our first night...waaaay more bang for your dollar then any place we stayed in. Lots of room for a double and single bed, free Netflix, hot shower and comfortable bed and pillows!nnThe Inn is easy to drive into with roomy car spaces. Even though it's conveniently situated near the city, the rooms are quiet and restful.nnThis would have to be our first and only stop when we visit this area again.nThe Rose and Crown pub is across the road for a beer. Our hosts recommend 2 great dining restaurants to visit when we come back. You'll have to go and stay there for that information!!!
