Noel Leeming St Lukes Mega Centre

Today I went to exchange my Sony headphones, which I bought on Black Friday from Noel Leeming St. Luke’s, because the earcups were too small. I first visited the Royal Oak Noel Leeming store, but they informed me that exchanges must be done at the original store of purchase, so I returned to St. Luke’s.nnAt St. Luke’s, I met Dot, who was very helpful and arranged the exchange after getting approval from Manager Chris. Then Sanjaya assisted me in choosing a suitable pair of headphones that fit me well.nnI truly appreciate the excellent service provided by Chris, Dot, and Sanjaya. Their support made the whole process smooth, and I highly recommend all three of them for their outstanding customer service.

Some staff are very helpful, ladies at the counter are slow & terrible at service. Just chatting & roaming around. No smile, no hello, no thank you. No priority given to customers who wants to pay. Re-train them on customer service. Is management reading these reviews? Most of them are for customer service!

I had a very disappointing experience today while trying to buy a gift for a loved one. I was assisted by a staff member whose name started with Z, from India. When we went to pay, I asked for an exchange receipt or gift receipt and was told that they do not provide them, which I found very unusual for such a well-known store in New Zealand.nnAdditionally, we were told that gifts can only be exchanged if the box is sealed. Ironically, we were sold an open box, and when we questioned this, we were told that this is how the product comes, which was not clearly explained at the time of purchase.nnThe lack of tact and poor communication made the overall customer experience quite unpleasant. I now just hope that the person receiving the gift likes it or is able to exchange it.

Terrible customer service.nnWaited 10 minutes for an employee to find my click and collect. Which is understandable because the product was quite large.nnBut the main issue I had is that I asked if everything was okay since it’s taking a while and the two people at the front continued to talk to each other over me and just told me the employee is still at the back after finishing their conversation.nnNo checking at the back, no action taken whatsoever.nnI felt very ignored and had no idea what was going on. It would’ve been better if they at least checked at the back considering the store was very empty and there were many employees just roaming around chatting with each other.nnOverall, I’m very disappointed at the lack of customer service, which you’d think is the most important aspect at a retail store.

Terrible Terrible service. I've been calling for a first hour and nobdy is answering the call and when somebody finally did, and start looking up for my order, he said he's gonna call me again for few minutes, again waited and absolutely none. Called for an hour again and nobody is picking up the phone. When they picked up the call they said that they are busy and understaff, such bs. They don't even deserve a star for christ sake. Customers are leaving the store and can't even bothered to answer the call. Such a waste of time!
