Noel Leeming St Lukes Mega Centre

Today I went to exchange my Sony headphones, which I bought on Black Friday from Noel Leeming St. Luke’s, because the earcups were too small. I first visited the Royal Oak Noel Leeming store, but they informed me that exchanges must be done at the original store of purchase, so I returned to St. Luke’s.nnAt St. Luke’s, I met Dot, who was very helpful and arranged the exchange after getting approval from Manager Chris. Then Sanjaya assisted me in choosing a suitable pair of headphones that fit me well.nnI truly appreciate the excellent service provided by Chris, Dot, and Sanjaya. Their support made the whole process smooth, and I highly recommend all three of them for their outstanding customer service.

Entered the store no one there to greet or serve . Walk all the way to appliance section. Looked around for spice grinder. No price displayed,looked around and found what 1 new piece in box.went to cashier and enquires about the price. Paid and left. Very poor customer service. None of the staffs bothered to serve. No meet and greet. After paying for my purchase . Then only the cashier said thank you for your purchase. But what about that customer service. No meet and greet . Staffs are just not bothered to serve.

Unbelievably bad service from simply picking up an item I ordered on line. I needed to visit the store twice as the first time I was told by the gentleman at the counter that the phone had not been received by the store and there was no way for him to find out where the phone was despite the fact that I had an email saying it should be at the store. I called the help desk, who then confirmed that the store had the phone and that it appeared the shop assistant just could not be bothered looking up my order. I then returned to the shop where a Manager dismissed my comments and was extremely dismissive and rude. This all occurred at the St Lukes Branch of Noel Leeming…Never again!

Terrible customer service.nnWaited 10 minutes for an employee to find my click and collect. Which is understandable because the product was quite large.nnBut the main issue I had is that I asked if everything was okay since it’s taking a while and the two people at the front continued to talk to each other over me and just told me the employee is still at the back after finishing their conversation.nnNo checking at the back, no action taken whatsoever.nnI felt very ignored and had no idea what was going on. It would’ve been better if they at least checked at the back considering the store was very empty and there were many employees just roaming around chatting with each other.nnOverall, I’m very disappointed at the lack of customer service, which you’d think is the most important aspect at a retail store.

Absolutely Worst Experience at Noel Leeming – St Lukes BranchnnI regret ever buying my laptop from Noel Leeming. I purchased it in May 2025, and within the first week it already had serious issues. I informed the store staff right away over the phone.nnWhen I finally managed to take the product back after returning from overseas, the store manager bluntly told me “it is none of my business.” I was shocked at such unprofessional and dismissive behavior.nnI then escalated my complaint to Noel Leeming customer care, but after waiting for over a week, I received no proper written response — just a casual phone call telling me to submit the laptop for assessment.nnNow, my laptop has been sitting with them for another week in service, and instead of offering a replacement for a defective unit, they are ordering and replacing parts on a brand-new laptop. To make it worse, the laptop itself shows the warranty already expired in April 2025 — a full month before I even purchased it.nnThis is completely unacceptable. A product that fails within days, a manager who dismisses customers, poor communication from customer care, and service that makes no sense for a brand-new purchase — the entire experience has been beyond frustrating.nnI will never purchase from Noel Leeming again, and I strongly urge others to avoid them as well. If you value good service and accountability, shop at JB Hi-Fi instead — their customer experience is miles ahead.
