Subir is quite possibly the best retail assistant I have ever come across. Very very knowledgeable but also extremely kind and sincere. I would highly reccomend having Subir help you out if you visit Noel Leeming Lunn Ave.

poor after care service. got a faulty item and refused to refund. only offered repaired which took a few weeks. the item came back with poor condition and asked for replacement or refund. told me will contact me in 2 days and now its been a week. tried to call and email. no reply. contacted the online chat team, no solution. asked to to call the store and closed the chat. rude and unacceptable.

Worst in answering calls.nNo response I have been calling since 3 hours.nWhy would you not have people answering phonecalls?nIt's a working day, there is hardly people shopping in the morning.nWhat is your staff doing these hours?
