If I could give 0 stars, I would.nI purchased a TV and fridge from the Lunn Avenue store on 16 March 2026. Despite living only 4 km from the store, I was charged a delivery fee for the TV. According to the company’s website, delivery is free within 30 km of the store. I emailed about this on the day of purchase and have since received conflicting responses from multiple staff members. One person said I could receive a refund in store, another said I would only receive a store credit, and another said there would be no refund at all. It is now 15 April and this still has not been resolved.nI have also called customer care three times and received no clear answer each time.nTo make matters worse, the fridge that was delivered has a defect and a dent. I emailed photos and was told it was outside the delivery date timeframe and that the Lunn Ave store would contact me directly. I have not heard from anyone. Head office advised that this issue is at the store’s discretion to resolve. They attempted to contact the store but received no response. I have also tried calling the store myself with no success. Today I called again and was simply CC’d into an email to the store.nThis store was very quick to take my money, but when there is an issue with a product, the customer service and follow-up are extremely poor. I purchased a brand-new fridge for a new home and have not even removed the protective film or plugged it in because of the damage. As a result, we are currently without a fridge and there seems to be no urgency to resolve the problem.nOverall, this has been a very frustrating experience and extremely disappointing customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this store

My fridge/freezer stopped working 4 days ago. I called Noel Leeming Customer care first thing on Monday morning and the request was put through to Lunn Ave. The fridge is still under warranty. On Tuesday I hadn't heard back so called customer care again, they tried to call lunn ave without luck they gave me the store number and I have called at least 20 times since then to no avail.nI have lost a full fridge and freezer full of food. I have called customer care for the 4th time now.nnOver 4 days and still no contact to get my fridge repaired. This is a joke. I have now booked an external technician for repair for tomorrow morning, if I haven't heard back from Noel Leeming by the end of the day I will progress this booking and be sending Noel Leeming the bill for my food and technician as this is not considered a reasonable time frame under the consumer guarantee act. I have brought all my appliances from this store over many years, so disappointed to have such a shocking experience and will not be purchasing from here again.nnWhoever is managing this store needs training in customer service give how many negative reviews there are about non responsiveness. Not good enough!

New store, everything inside is well laid out and organized exceptionally well. It's so spacious and lighting is vibrant. Staff have continuously helped me find the things I'm looking for and made it easy for me and I'm in and out in no time, stress and hassle free. One of the best customer experience I've had. Keep up the good work team!

I tried calling Noel Leeming Lunn Ave several times this morning and had a very disappointing experience. Between 9am and 12pm, I phoned four times, but not once did anyone pick up. For a large retail store, I expected at least a basic level of customer service and phone support, but instead I was left waiting with no response. Very disappointing!
