My comment is for the look of the store. Rather than just being a paint and supplies shop, it now also looks well styled and attractive. The healthy plants, tidiness of all areas and general organized feel is perfect.

I had experienced, one of the worst experiences, on Monday at Kepa road Resene store with one of the attendants named J****. She was extremely rude and made no effort at all to help me with the materials I needed. I was really shocked with how rude and not pleasant way she treated customers.
