Nirbhay is absolute legend and genuinely the best employee you have. First of all, he knowledge on products, their performance, value of the price and understanding customer's needs and wants is amazing. He literally helped me with getting pretty much all the appliance for my new home and that too with the best price from price matching to also checking which model would suit me best and at what price. I visited the shop many times and I always just go to him. Have bought numerous small and big appliances, house and kitchen from NL Sylvia because of him. His service and communication skills are top-notch and is really down to earth to talk to him, very approachable. And best thing was he helped in the same way with appliance selection for house and kitchen when my partner moved houses. 15/10 for him!! If any of the store or branch managers are reading this, Nirbhay is your gem!! Will always come back to NL Sylvia for anything electronic.

Pathetic service by Rohan and lady on counter, we bought belkin car phone holder and it drops off from windscreen automatically,when we went to noel leeming to report they say they have tested it and there is no problem with product, they want us to record video. When we asked about manager ,Rohan said there is no manager and he is the Manager, he had a name tag as 3ic. We should have bought a cheaper product from night market at least they consider such issues nicely. They did not help us as if they did not want to help us. When we told them its not good service , they told us to post review, they mentioned they dont care.nNot at all professional.

I had a great experience thanks to Yogesh. He helped me choose a new washing machine, walked me through the options, and even pointed out some discount offers without me asking. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers.nnThe only downside was my interaction with one of the lady staff members when I returned to check a price difference. Since the store offers a lower-price refund within a few days, I expected a simple conversation, but she explained things in a rude and impatient way. It felt unnecessary, especially when a customer is just trying to understand their options.nnThankfully, Yogesh stepped in and sorted everything out calmly and professionally. He handled the situation in seconds and made the whole experience positive again.nnThe lady staff could definitely be more patient and calm when dealing with customers, instead of getting frustrated over a few extra questions.nnYogesh, you’re a sales superstar.

Only store in Sylvia whose workers didn’t approach and ask if I needed a hand with anything within 5 minutes. It took them 25 minutes, I asked someone for help very ironic that this store also had the most employees in Sylvia. When I asked someone about a speaker and whether or not they had it he left for the back and did not returnwaited 20 minutes. Rohan I truly don’t mind buying another speaker, just please tell me you don’t have the speaker instead of making me wait 20 minutes. Thank you to the second guy who I also had to approach for letting me know you didn’t have it, but why not ask me afterwards if I wanted a different speaker? “Sorry for the wait, have a good Christmas” then waving me off like I’m done. I’m unsure whether or not this is just Noel Leeming’s training just intentionally lobotomizing their workers but oh well. I really wanted to spend my money but you guys did a great job making that as difficult as possible. The receipt is for a ps5, 24/12/25 near lunchtime under the same email, I was also trying to buy a monitor and an espresso machine, but don’t want to fund any 2 legged societal liabilities

Went in today Boxing Day and Sid helped me purchase a new phone for my new business. I genuinely cannot thank him enough for how professional yet relaxed he was. Literally the kindest retail worker I’ve ever dealt with. Shook my hand and wished me well and told me to follow my dreams.. Whenever I’m shopping here again, I’m asking for him every single time. Thankyou Sid we need more like you
