I just wanted to take a moment to give a big shout-out and 5-star appreciation to Poonam nnWe were looking to hire a “2” and “1” neon light and initially called on Sunday. Poonam was so helpful and confirmed availability, but when we arrived there was a small system issue and the item couldn’t be found at that moment. She sincerely apologised and didn’t leave it there — she promised to check with the warehouse team and get back to us.nnTrue to her word, she called us back on 15th June to confirm it was available. She also helped us arrange online payment and kindly held the item for us until we were able to come back to the store that evening.nnWe’ve hired from Look Sharp Westgate a few times But this time we felt they did not help us out, and while we usually try different branches, this experience really stood out. Exceptional service like this is rare — professional, honest, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.nnHats off to Poonam and the team at Look Sharp Onehunga for going above and beyond. This is exactly the kind of service that keeps customers coming back

It was fine. We feel that the St. Luke's branch has a better variety. We ended up driving there to get our event supplies. The look sharps are generally good providing affordable items for most events and parties.

This Look Sharp store is epic and I’m disappointed in myself for not having paid a visit until now. The staff were really friendly and they have a massive range all at great prices.
