Great experience at iFurniture AKL Warehouse Mt Wellington Carbine Road. Jason was extremely helpful and made the pickup process quick, easy, and hassle-free. The warehouse also has a good parking area with clear signage and instructions, making it very easy to find the right pickup location. Overall, the whole process was smooth and efficient.
Great service! Kelvin was very helpful. He helped me put the box in my car and made sure everything was secure and okay before I left. Really appreciated his help!
Good service however lowering review significantly as Tang was close to trying to stand over me to get me to give him 5 stars. At one point I thought he was gonna take my phone from me. Had a QR code leading to the google review page which is all well and good but then continues to pressure me to write something and give 5 stars. Not giving you 5 stars if you try bullying me to do so.
I had a great experience at iFurniture, thanks to Tang. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and made the whole pickup process smooth and stress-free.nnTang went above and beyond with his customer service- friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. It made a big difference to our experience, and we really appreciated his positive attitude and professionalism.nnHighly recommend asking for Tang if you need assistance. Outstanding service!
Faulty lights. Wanted a video of it plugged in and remote being used. Video was 20sec short and was too long to upload.sent via email. But email is not monitored..Called customer and they advised the same thing. They cant accept video unless its uploaded. And cannot accept the return of draws with light for refund...not impressed..Will advise others not to purchase...warehouse lady was lovley and suggested to ask for a little bit of refund. But I doubt they would. There team suggested to take the whole draw set tin to be accessed. Im nit spending another 3 hours with flat pack to have lights not working again.
