Pretty slack, poor management. Had a large item delivered by them , they sent out a text message saying item will be delivered at this time and you will receive a call when the driver is 30mins away… I gave them 30mins from expected delivery time and chatted with their service team online where they told me the same thing … 1hr later they said we are 3mins away…. Terrible experience especially considering i ha: WFH meetings and they didn’t call prior to delivery
Visited the Auckland Showroom in Onehunga. Lots of choices. Organized display. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Thank you.
Recieved my new desk from ifurniture and am absolutely stoked with the quality of the hardware. Assembly was so simple and all pieces were in tact. Box was a bit damaged but the courier driver apologized as they had an accident at the NZ post branch with the over load during Covid-19 lock down.nThe desk was in secure packaging and I'm grateful.nAwesome ! And I will def be using them again !
Posted times aren’t accurate. I showed up at 1:15pm since they’re closed 12:30pm -1pm. But everyone was still on lunch. Staff member informed me there’s no actual lunch break, they just take it whenever.nnSo ignore their posted times and plan on spending 20-30mins sitting in your car regardless.
There’s a lot of lack of communication between their customer service team, the warehouse and the store. It created so much inconvenience for me and wasting my time because one or the other didn’t receive any information from one of the other teams.
