Thank you Arpit for your excellent customer service when I came to buy a Motorola Moto G15 on Wednesday - you were very patient with myself and my old phone, which you had to load data from onto my new phone a paid service, but never the less you took extra time and care with this. Also I appreciate that you weren't a pushy salesperson, and advised me, but let me decide if I would replace my phone. I liked the other staff who I met there also, all very pleasant and helpful - twice prior we have had a very good experience buying from this branch.

Jack was very helpful with our TV purchase! We had heaps of orders thanks to him! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Would give 10/10 for Jack!

Very bad experience in royal oak noel leemingnnI purchased ipad 11 with screen protector and case.. without checking the stock they charged me and i was asked to get the protector from new market noel leeming.nnI was shocked to find that,the case which they gave me in royal oak branch doesn’t fit my ipad,and its a wrong one.nnThanks to Jibrail,in newmarket branch,who found the problem and fixed my issue..he replaced my case and applied my screen protector as well

Very Bad service. The staff don’t even bother to lend me a trolley to push the new 65 inches tv to my car by myself. They said they don’t have a trolley, neither give me a hand to lift the tv. Sounds like if u don’t pay the shipping fee they don’t give u any service besides the tv itself

Went in yesterday to buy an iPhone which I knew wasn’t in stock but wanted to pre-order with their phone deal. I was told the tech guy wasn’t there so to come back and ask for the assistant manager. Went in today and asked for the assistant manager. Another worker overheard me and said he thinks there was one in stock. Came back and he apologised saying there was none in stock which is fine. That guy asked another worker to help me and he said he was busy. The assistant manager saw me standing around and said another worker will help me who was serving someone at checkouts. I waited and he continued serving others. I waited and he had left the checkout area and I couldn’t see him. I get that it’s a busy store but I will not be going back there. What a shame.
