I had a fantastic experience at Noel Leeming, thanks to James and another wonderful staff member, Thomas. James was incredibly helpful, providing us with the perfect guidance we needed. His knowledge and assistance made the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Thomas was also the sweetest person, making sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Great service overall!

BUYER BEWAREnI attempted to return a faulty unit battery speaker that had already been replaced and presented with the same fault unit will not turn on as well as on one occasion it made seriously loud electrical crackling noises. Manager refused to honour warranty because he couldn’t reproduce the issue in-store.nnI returned with a video of the unit not turning on and the manager has refused a refund stating it needs to go to the supplier to have the fault cause determined, I explained that under the CGA a major fault entitles me to the choice of a refund or replacement, and he has refused and entered it to be sent off, over the Christmas break meaning I’m without money or my product for weeks.nnGot to appreciate the irony of the repair sheet having a leaflet stapled to it stating “you might have rights under the consumer guarantee act” when they outright refused to honour them repeatedly.nnSafe to say I will never return to a Noel Leeming store again.

Extremely frustrated with the ongoing poor customer service we have experienced while trying to return faulty gaming cards, which were purchased as Christmas presents for children. The store manager has consistently avoided addressing the issue directly, instead sending his staff to mediate back and forth. Their excuse for not processing the return or providing a replacement is that the faulty cards must be sent to their supplier, yet this does not address our consumer rights for a refund or replacement of a defective product.nnAdditionally, there seems to be a lack of communication between the customer care complaints team and the store manager. I have been sent multiple emails instructing me to head back to the store for a refund or replacement for the faulty cards, yet the store manager continues to decline refund/replacement upon our visits. This situation is both frustrating and unacceptable.nnThis is the reason we bought two brand new school laptops today from another supplier! Customers beware if you are thinking to purchase from Noel Leeming royal oak.

I went to this store to buy a fan. I wanted to buy a fan with the latest technology, so I needed help. My experience surprised me. The staff was very friendly. I was served by two different staff and both of them were very helpful. I was impressed by both of them.

Worst customer service. I tried to express my frustrations about a faulty product and the girl just stood there laughing. Then when I tried to explain further she turns her back and speaks in her language to the other girls, and laughs away. You don’t turn your back on someone when they are trying to explain something and it doesn’t look professional when you are all bunched up speaking in your own language and laughing away like you are talking about the customer, while they’re trying to get help. Unprofessional. Won’t be buying products from here again.
